I always stop at the Hardee's in Chase City. The food is hot and fresh. I get the Mushroom & Swiss Burger, a small fry, and a plain hamburger patty for my little dog!

This is the chicken sandwich I ordered that took 20 minutes to make as you can see how small it is. overcooked don't waste your time here was going to order chicken tenders dinner but was told 30 min wait time. Employees were cursing one another not suitable place for children

Chase City VA location Not impressed. The staff was constantly yelling back and forth between the kitchen and the counter. One was cussing extremely loud and often. The fries were cold and stale and they had no ketchup. Next time, I will just skip lunch.

This location uses products that are very visibly outdated. When confronting the manager, she became very defensive and rude but agreed to remake the burger with questionable condiments. The tea is on point, though, and the lack of options in this small town makes for a possible return.

I don’t normally eat at this place because service is usually trash. I was tired and wanted something close by and didn’t feel like cooking. Today’s events absolutely take the cake, therefore I know I won’t be back. What is the point of offering order ahead when they still don’t fix your order until you get there. Now I’m waiting for my order to get cooked and I placed it 15 minutes ago. They work slow enough as it is, so this was a dumb attempt to add something else that they can’t seem to handle. This place needs to be shut down so that something else with better service can be added. They will never get my money again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
