For the most part this location gives better service in pharmacy and in the store part than the other location. They are busier, but you can always see them working hard to filling prescriptions, organizing store shelves, greeting customers that come in etc. This location is further for me than the other but I prefer to be treated with kindness and have my prescriptions handled professionally so I travel the extra distance for it. From time to time they have someone from the other store working here, and they are rude but it's not often.

This pharmacy staff needs training on customer service. They are consistently in a hurry and short-tempered which ultimately leaves the customer unsatisfied.

Have an associate at the front. Associate was in the aisle chit chatting. When I asked for help, the response was ‘soon as I finish helping this customer “sweetie”. The non business conversation continued. I’m 66, female and African American. I do not appreciate diminutive terms (sweetie) when a professional term (ma’am) or no term at all is appropriate!

They dont always have prescriptions filled! Cvs automated system keeps calling to say it's ready for pickup but when you get there its not.

Service is horrible . Pharmacy manager is the rudest. They always act like they are in the biggest hurry and have no time to help .

Went into CVS to let the manager RICKY know that I had bought expired Baby formula. He was so rude! He shoved the formula back at me and told me to get out of here there was nothing he could do. He didn't even hear me out. I will never go back to buy anything else again. What place sells expired baby formula then be rude about it.

Went to pick up my husbands prescriptions. Pharmacy tech was the rudest I have ever dealt with anywhere. Only 2 were ready out of 5 and told to wait 15 minutes. Pharmacist announced over intercom that order was ready. Walked immediately to register. She took another customer in front of me, then refused to wait on me. Pharmacist had to complete the transaction. I will be transferring all prescriptions to another location. I will never spend another dime in that store.

My family has been using this CVS pharmacy for 30 years. It has always had awesome service - until recently. Service is now extremely slow and inefficient. Staff does does not listen to the customer. One tech in particular is downright rude and almost hostile. I will be moving all of our business elsewhere and advise everyone else to stay away.

This is BY FAR the worst CVS I have ever had to deal with. I called Saturday to refill a prescription and asked to pick it up Sunday at 11 am. Was told I would get a text or call when it was ready. Well it's Tuesday now and still had not heard from anyone so I called and the rude lady said that it was "processing" that it could be ready in 40 minutes. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE SUNDAY!!!! This medication does not require approval and this is not the first time this CVS location has done stuff like this. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just tear this store down and start over!

Worst pharmacy ever. Only reason i put up with it was it beinfmg so close. This week was the last straw. Store its self is great but pharmacy not do. Not all the pharmacist are bad ive delt with 1 or 2 that where good but the little blonde should not be a pharmacist and some the other staff needs walking papers not only did thet tell me they where working on my prescription at 9:40am, dr called it in about 9am,said it would just a few mins. I come back 3:30 and told we still working on it, really. Being my 3 year old was in need of this med i call wallgreens and had in transferred, was ready in 30 mins and they where skammed. But that wasnt the end of it was denied because cvs didnt cancel it which the insurance guy said that is supposed to be done at same time. He said they sent it through that morning he was shocked i hadn't been filled so he had to over ride the claim from cvs. This wasnt the 1st time with the same women. Come to find out that several people i talked to this we quit using that cvs due to her and 2 other lady's work in yhe pharmacy due to being extremely rude, complaining all the timeand basically not doing theit job. The gm need to step up
