Friendly staff, clean restrooms, quick service. Able to get in and out quickly which when traveling is what is most helpful. Prices for fuel are better than most places though prices on other merchandise is a little high but you do have to pay for the convenience. Will stop at Sheetz again.

It’s the best place for gas, especially if you can pump any of the alternative fuels like octane 88. Sheetz is fairly standardized but I have experienced a few hiccups when utilizing the app to unlock the kiosks. The staff is always caught off guard when I use the app to order food.

Gas prices are average and don't expect to get in and out of the store quickly. Employees definitely work checking people out like they're getting paid by the hour. Although the store was clean, multiple items were laying in the middle of the aisles.

Sheetz used to have the best coffee. Sheetz put in new coffee machines and the coffee is now the worst I've ever tasted. Go back to the employees making the coffee.

Would give zero stars if I could. Took 30 minutes to get the food. Didn't get ranch with my salad that I ordered. Salad was only half full. Only got half a Flatbread when I paid for a whole. Guy argued with me when bringing the food back. Paid 30 dollars for an incorrect order.

Stood at the register for 25 mins while the supervisor was having a conversation in the drive through. I would of used the self check out but only had cash on me

We went to Sheetz on Veteran's Day and greeted at the check-out by Brian. He was the best store clerk I've have encountered in years. He is a student at Lord Bototourt. He was very helpful and attentive to all the customers. Thanks BRIAN!

11 minutes to get a milkshake? I literally timed the lady. 5 of those 11 minutes I watched my shake sit in the blender while she just disappeared. I could hear her argue with another employee about getting peanut butter. At min 8 she did apologize for the wait. Took her another 3 minutes to locate the toppings and put a lid on it.... this seems to be the norm for every barrista at sheets. 10 minutes for a latte. 10 minutes for a milk shake. I'd order these items on the app but who wants a Luke warm hot drink or a melted frozen one? Wasted a third of my lunch break waiting for a milkshake and I was the only order on the screen.

The gas is a good price but this location is disgusting. This is a brand new store but it’s obvious they don’t care about maintaining it. The trash at every pump was overflowing. The windshield cleaners were dry with no fluid in the container. My husband check d a couple different pumps to find one and a security message came across the intercom at our pump saying we were being watched for suspicious activity. We will not use this gas station again.
