Reasonably priced pedicure. The color selection for polishes are nice. Pedicures are done very nicely and they spend a good amount of time doing it.

My teenager wanted to get her done. She came with a reference picture. They said they could do it. The final result was ugly and chunky. No where close to the picture she provided. I do not believe what she wanted was difficult to execute. Services: Nail art, Dip powder, Manicure

Last Thursday, I got my manicure done here. The person there(I forgot her name) made my cuticle bleed two times. The worst part is one of the cuticles that bled now is swollen. It feels very painful and I’m scared if this is going to result in serious infection. I complained it hurt but she said”I know it hurts but I should cut it off.” I’m very unhappy and worried. They do a beautiful job on my nails and take such good care of my ingrown toenails. They are sweet and friendly and make you feel like family. I am lucky we found them.

Beautiful work- the staff puts in lots of time into the work they do and treat you with the greatest kindness. This was my first time getting acrylic nails and I was thrilled with the results and watching Demi go through the process. Beyond the great service, the store is impeccably clean and stylish, very good salon . Will be going back

Pedi was great! But when it was time to do medi, it was terrible! First nail specialist didn't seem to know what I wanted although I showed her pics and explained it many times. I had to wait until second specialist was available and she removed all the tips from my right hand but not the left (the one the first lady worked on). At the end i still didn't get the shape I wanted and they knew I wasn't happy. They told me next time I come they will fix it. I was still charged full price for my nails and still ended up going somewhere else to get them fixed anyways. Their excuse was "one finger is differently shaped than the other". I have done my nails many times and never had this issue.. It's insulting.

Demi always takes very good care of my nails. She always asks me about how I want them and is very caring. She is super friendly and wants you to have the best time you can.

That is my favorite place to do pedicure and manicure. They do great job for very reasonable price. The facility is nice and clean. Everybody who worked on my nails are good, but I normally see Mai, Kelly or Amy. Foot massage is very relaxing after pedicure and hand massage after manicure. They offer back/ neck / head massage as well. I tried once and would go to other places (specialized spa) for that. Though, the price for back massage is good ($30/30 min and $60/60 min as of August 2018). You might want to try and see if you like it. The place is busy on the weekends, holiday time and Friday evenings and you might want to make a reservation to reduce your wait time. Still expect that your technician might be busy with a customer and you might be asked to wait. Other places have exact seating time every 30 or 60 minutes, but at Cristal Nails you are seated as technical becomes available. For nails I would recommend that place.

Right when you walk in they greet you and ask if you would like something to drink and what they can do for you. The place is very clean and comfortable. They always ask your name and how you've been. The woman that gave me my manicure knew everyone by name when they came in the door. They are very knowledgeable and very funny. I will definitely be returning to this salon. Great job!
