I would never visit this nail salon again— every experience has been awful. First off, I asked and scheduled an appointment with one nail technician and when I arrived I got another technician. They are not honest. They treat customers like they are stupid. Every time that I visit this salon my sns nail service is a different price. For one color and no design, I have been charged $50-70. I always tip the manicurist very well, but they never deliver on the service. Often times my nails are extremely thick, filed incorrectly and overall a rushed job. Their coffin shaped nails are too wide. Be bold and direct with them if you dont like your nails. After speaking with the manicurist several times, I just gave up. She was too lazy to file my nails correctly. The salon and tools are filthy and unsanitary. They tend to have a sense of entitlement and demand things that they do not deserve. They are all about the money and racist towards black women. I would never visit this salon again. These place and employees are a total DUMP Service: Dip powder

Stumbled upon this salon after reading the reviews back in 2020 and have been going ever since! I am not kidding when I tell you that Ti is the most AMAZING nail tech ever!! She literally makes my nails look good every time and she is so incredibly talented. She is so funny and personable, I always love coming in to get my nails done and catch up with her on life. I can literally show her a picture of what I want and then she only needs to look at it a few times before she’s got it down. I love her so much and I am so happy to have found her. I’ve included some pictures of my nails that she’s done. Additionally, my nails have never been healthier and stronger than in my entire life. I’m so glad I made the switch to Gel X and my nails were able to grow so long. Now I use dip on them because I don’t need to have extensions with my nails. I’ve also included a picture of the length of my natural nails. Seriously please consider coming here! I am very picky with nail salons as I’ve had terrible experiences elsewhere. At surface level it is a bit pricey to some, but literally it is so worth it. You get what you pay for, trust me! I’m so happy to have a salon I am comfortable in and I always leave with the best nails!!! 🖤

I have some very happy feet to take on my vacation on Sunday. I rarely take the opportunity to get pedicures, but thanks to beltway traffic and serendipity - I had the most detail-oriented, efficient, and logistically smooth pedicure of my life. Thi was kind, helpful, and decisive. She clearly takes pride in her work!

The BEST TO GET ACRYLIC NAILS DONE! I love this place I’ve been going for 3 years and I always leave happy. The price is very good for the amount of care and amazing quality nails. It’s also so quick and the service amazing! They can do any shape you want and any length perfectly. I have always left this place satisfied after getting my nails done! We have been going to this Nail Salon for roughly 12 months, and have so far loved it. Consistently went back, tipped them generously, and are even on a first name basis with some of the staff. Recently, that amazing establishment we had came to be a fan of changed DRASTICALLY people were not as friendly or polite, they became unresponsive, and even hung up on me while I was trying to make an appointment. Now, finally went with my girl…she has gotten the acrylic nails here for the past year, and up til now has never had to give some criticism because they’ve been great…however she did not like how thick the acrylic nails were when they placed them…she voiced this and the technician did not listen, she continued on, and again my girl voiced she felt like the nails were too thick… They refused to listen, so instead pushed her to come back Saturday to fix it “they wanted to go home”, I say don’t like working late? Take earlier appointments…simple. As a business owner myself, I believe this type of behavior is incredibly bad, where is customer satisfaction??? So Saturday comes around, they do her nails they’re good this time, and my girl proceeds to tell them thank you for fixing them, I really appreciate it! They then proceed to say “we don’t want you back here, nails were fine” This is such poor management of customers, and exactly how you break trust and break customer loyalty. This lack of service, and response to criticism is BAD. You have to learn when a clients been loyal, and has consistently referred business. if they speak up, it’s cause something actually wrong I’ve asked to speak with managers or owner, because this issue is a staff issue. Today was my second visit to Organic Nail Bar and I'm SOLD. The ladies are talented, efficient, and personable. The pedicure I received two weeks ago still looks fantastic. Today I got a Gel-X manicure for the first time and it looks gorgeous. Do yourself a favor and go here ... ONB is now my go-to!! Service: Gel manicures

I have been to Organic Nail Bar twice now with my family and have had an amazing experience both times! The team is very kind, attentive, detailed, and do not rush your manicure/pedicure. They take pride in their work and service! I have not experienced service at this level at another nail bar. The ambiance inside is nice and clean and they have a large variety of nail polish. They provide quality hot tea for you to enjoy while getting a pedicure which is nice touch! Will definitely be going back regularly! Services: Dip powder, Pedicure, Manicure

I follow Organic Nail Bar on IG and told them I’m flying out to VA for the holidays. They have a permanent reservation on my itinerary whenever I fly to the East coast. This is because traveling cross country makes your body and mind weary- you need a place to unwind and decompress. The top three reasons I always make this a stop: 1. The environment is elegant, quiet and super relaxing; it’s not your typical chatty, gossipy, and loud salon. 2. They use quality products down to the tea bags they serve. Everything is sanitized, safe and/or single use. 3. They are consistent about their service and dedication to their repeat clients. They prioritize loyalty over profit and it goes both ways. I came here for the first time today and was very impressed! I got a full set of acrylics with normal polish (pictures included) and a regular pedicure with normal polish as well. The total for both of these devices was $90, which is a bit pricey but the quality is great. Both of my nail techs took intricate care in cleaning and painting my nails, my cuticles only look bad because I have a habit of picking at them. The tech who did my acrylics stopped multiple times to have me check her work to make sure I was happy with it, which I really appreciated! The salon was clean and all the workers were very nice!
