Could you please teach your young employee the basics and how to handle the fragile wares, had shopped before and the mature employees were nothing but a pleasure and gentle with how they handled the product when checking out.

I'm still in disbelief! Went to WS yesterday afternoon to pickup a few kitchen staples. We were immediately greeted by a store associate who was obviously very sick- evidenced by her incessant, wet cough. In an effort to avoid her, and because we know the layout of the store very well, we declined her assistance. She was standing at the front of the store, but you could hear her hacking all the way in the back. To make matters worse, she came by to "check on us." While still coughing and covering her mouth with her hands, she proceeded to pick up various merchandise to show us. PURELY DISGUSTING!!! We quickly took our item to the cashier, leaving behind the things that we actually came in for (they had been contaminated by the sick associate). While we were in line, this sick woman is again hovering near customers coughing away into her hands. No stopping to wipe or sanitize her hands. She then has the audacity to try and wrap and bag our merchandise with her nasty, wet, contaminated hands! NO WAY! My husband immediately grabbed another bottle of olive oil, we demanded that another store associate ring up the charge, paid and immediately left. I cannot believe this woman was allowed to remain at work. This is a disgrace and a hazard to customer health. Will not be returning.

I came in just to browse and found a new/honeycomb set that caught my eye. Claire (I believe her name was) was amazingly helpful in helping me locate the items from the set, even going around the store to find items that hadn’t been put out yet (the collection is new). I didn’t feel pressured to buy everything she suggested and she helped me find a couple of great pieces to build out a bar cart for my husband. Great experience! Claire is the best 💕

I like this store a lot. It is well laid out, very clean, and extremely organized. Not only does it look great, but so are the people. Brenda, who runs it, is patient, friendly, and very much willing to be a constant liaison with customer service. She helped me get a broken pizza replaced twice with a smile :)

Great selection of small, counter appliances, especially espresso machines. Plenty of peppermint bark for the holidays, too! They have the best selection of kitchen utensils. Conversely, they have a very limited number of flatware and dishware on hand. Very helpful sales associates as well.

The store is beautiful and the area offers many high end shops. However, my experience at this store was poor due to issues with their system. It took over 40 minutes to do a simple return. They also only had two open registers and the checkout line wrapped around the store. This caused bottlenecks throughout to the point where people outside were waiting in line to be able to get inside the store. They need to think more about improving their checkout process. There is no good reason to have only two open registers on a busy weekend right before the holidays - even with COVID. The cashier lady was wonderful, however. She was very patient, though I could tell she was a little stressed over the fact that the system was acting up and nobody at the store was able to provide her any useful assistance. She ended up having to call customer service and they ended up doing the transaction on their end. To make matters worse, I realized days later that the refunded amount was incorrect. They forgot to factor in the taxes! It has been a hassle getting this resolved with customer service after the fact.

I’ve been buying products at this store for years. The receipt says it must be “new condition.” I recently brought back an item that I tried it once and it hurt my hand when I used it. The store manager refused to refund the return stating that they only take back new items that never been used Period. The return policy is intentionally deceptive. None of their sellers ever told me about this. You lost a customer in me for life. Too bad.

Best place I've found for high end cooking in kitchen goods. I was under the impression I can order online and pick-up in-store however this location along with many others our closed.... which is understandable

While the service representative was friendly, and the store beautiful, after asking for my present to be wrapped… This is what was delivered. I'm embarrassed for the store and disappointed that this type of gift wrapping is considered acceptable.
