It's a shame that mail delivery can't seem to be at a steady time. Some time it's at a decent time but most of the time it's late. Before 5:00 pm would nice but this after 7:00 or even 8:00 pm is ridiculous. For the price we pay in postage and shipping etc, you'd think we should get better service. Another area well paid for nothing.

Customer service is terrible. They don’t care about the customers at all. Rude. They all act like you are an inconvenience to them. I’ve been trying to get my mail for over a month after they cut me a key to my mailbox that didn’t fit. I returned it and asked them for a new one and have heard nothing sense. They said they would have the supervisor contact me twice and took my name and number both times I haven’t heard anything at all.

I have now had two horrible experiences with this postal office. They apparently do not understand that the hold mail request means that the mail is supposed to STAY at the post office. My first hold mail request, they told me that I was at the wrong post office and that my held mail would be at the other location. I drive to the second post office, they didn't have anything and actually referred me BACK to this post office. I make another useless trip there and they still have no idea where my package is. I get home and find it in my mailbox. No tracking updates aside from the fact that it had reached the post office. This second time is even worse because I still don't know where the package is. Got notification that it had arrived on Saturday, but I couldn't get there until Monday. Go to the post office during my lunch break and they tell me that the package is out for delivery even though the tracking information said that it was still at the post office. Well I just got my mail for today at 8PM and there is no sign of my package. This is just unacceptable. If people updated the tracking like they should then this wouldn't be happening. It's so scary that the office never knows for sure where the packages are. It also doesn't make any sense. They had to go back there twice to check, like what did you miss the first time? 😒 I've wasted a lot of gas and time with a process I thought was straightforward and simple. I don't even know if I have enough money to get back to the post office and check again. If someone asks to have their mail held at a post office, that means it should stay there. People put in those requests for a reason, be it a valuable package, living in a bad/insecure neighborhood, etc. I am always kind to these folks and have never raised my voice or become frustrated with them, but they're making it hard for me to trust and stay patient with them. I wish I could use another mail service at this point. This review won't change anything seeing how many other people have had bad experiences. Big changes need to be made to this failing and miserable organization....

this is my go-to post office but hardly ever go inside (I just drop letters in the box outside) because of the reviews. I went in today Thursday, 10/6 at around 1030am and there was no line. Only one clerk working but that’s all you need for this time of day. The service I required was basic and simple. Clerk was professional and to the point. Will continue utilizing this location. 🤷🏼♀️

Second time the mail carrier put mail in my box and included a note stating “sorry we missed you”. You never came to my door to attempt to deliver a package because I was standing here looking at you put mail in my box. The carrier set outside for 5 minutes apparently looking for a package and couldn’t find it so she flipped the script saying we missed you. Stop lying!!!!

Very rude front desk clerks, TORI AT THIS LOCATION in particular. She was rude didn't say hi and a guy had to move to the side to fill something out and I was next in line. He said I think this lady was next, referring to me and she said No, you can come up to him and made me wait. She didn't apologize. She was rude with me during the entire transaction and didn't even say thank you at the end of the transaction. This is a low vibrational, business. I observed her being rude to other clients before me. That staff needs training on how to treat customers. I see why you all keep the hiring sign up!

In hopes this suggestion will reach 'The Postmaster General". I would like to suggest earlier summer hours. It would be great if the delivery of residential mail could start at 7am. It saddens me to see the carriers in unairconditioned trucks, this is a health and safety concern. Also there needs to be more trucks delivering mail. There need to be a minimum of 2-3 in clerks in the post office at all times. I could go on and on. There is room for improvement. The few employees you have are overworked and it is reflected in their behavior. Customer

RECOMMEND! I had to go to this post office just due to where we were headed, as it was on the way. Wouldn’t have normally been out here. Was nervous based on other reviews, but the two associates were awesome and very very helpful. Have to say, sometimes you just need to experience things on your own.

The worst and most disrespectful job I have ever had in my life. They pull you in by saying you want a career or job. That's a reverse psychology method. The money too of course. But what they won't tell you is the lies and deceit of the company. Once you're in it's a game you have to play. I didn't come for no games I came to work and.have a career. But the postal service is a mind game. Foul language and abuse of authority is the most pathetic I have ever witnessed. Then you have to deal with the work. Lol. Before you leave the office your blood pressure is already at the max. It's alot more

Package misdelivered. “I can’t get delivered to my home?” “It’s already been delivered.” “Not to the correct address.” “”Yeah it’s been delivered to a PO Box. You don’t have a P.O. Box?” “Maybe our supervisor can help you”. Supervisor returns, closes the door behind her and is never seen again.
