This Sonoco is convenient and doesn't have trucks or tractors parked at and blocking the pumps and not getting gas like the ExxonMobil next door. So annoying, that's why I ended up at this Sonoco. I was able to go in and out, fast, at this gas station! Gas prices are the same as the other gas stations that I went to in Wilmington NC.

0 stars, used pump at around 10p outside paid with card, tried to go in and use restroom, door locked for over 10mins even though a paper bag was on the door saying will return in 10mins, a girl with a ponytail was at register and lights were on with open sign and other customers tried to go inside also with no luck finally just went elsewhere

Went in to get some cappuccino and the cashier was the only person in the store. I walked in and wasn't greeted. After getting my cappuccino I walked up to the register and the cashier didn't feel welcoming. She had an attitude for what reason I couldn't even tell you.

Every time I go in it seam like something is being repaired. They also have beer but are not able to sell it.

I had a problem completely unrelated to Sunoco. I had purchased lottery tickets and the machine printed them incorrectly. Despite this not being an issue Sunoco or any if it's representatives had to deal with, within 24 hours of my reporting the problem I was contacted by both a regional manager and the local proprietor who pleasantly, professionally and promptly fixed the problem. I don't think you can do any better than that as business owners/representatives. They definitely have my business from now on!!
