John and his crew are top notch. I had a trusted mechanic that unfortunately moved away and was worried I'd never find another one. Thankfully I found these guys, they're very trustworthy and honest, which is hard to find theses days.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Our family had them work on our cars for years. We love supporting local businesses. However I recently took my car to get an engine light checked. I was going to go to Ford dealership but since he was close to home and Covid happened I thought I would support small businesses. They checked the light and said it needed to be checked at Ford. Just to scan diagnostic on the car they charged me $100. I could have got that scanned at auto zone for free. They didn’t even ask if this charge was okay. And if they are not capable to work on a newer car I would have appreciated the notice. We are very disappointed in the service and more so since we have supported them for years. Now, we will no longer be customers there.

John is the best mechanic. My parents always brought their cars to him while I was growing up. Now, I bring my family cars here for everything and advice. I can't emphasize enough how amazing Auto medic 1 is! John has always done everything in power to honestly help me, my family, and my parents!! Auto medic deserves all the more than 5 stars.

[they don't do that] I was looking forward to trying their service after hearing so many good things about Auto Medic 1 from co workers. When I called I was curtly informed that my early 2000's Volkswagen "was not a vehicle they service". They didn't even let me finish speaking to explain I just needed new brake pads. I was very surprised : it's not like its a Peugeot or a vintage Jaguar, and I don't need a new headgasket or something complicated. But I was most put off by the manner in which it was explained to me. Maybe they are selective with what work they take on but I got no explanation and was hung up on. Don't expect this mechanic to able to help if you really need it.

I had been having off and on problems with my truck for 2 months, finally decided to just take it to the shop. They had it fixed within 3 days, kept me updated the whole time and were very informative and affordable! It's been two weeks since having it fixed and I haven't had a single problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle repair!

I had been having off and on problems with my truck for 2 months, finally decided to just take it to the shop. They had it fixed within 3 days, kept me updated the whole time and were very informative and affordable! It's been two weeks since having it fixed and I haven't had a single problem. Auto medic1 is a great shot! I recently had to have a car repaired when my son broke down across the highway from Auto medic1. He was from out of town and I was out of town hundred miles away. The owner John called me to let me know that the engine had been blown because of a timing belt break. He assured me that he would treat the car and my son's situation as if it were his own son and he was as good as his word. Not only did he constantly keep me informed about the progress on the car but he also researched to find the best engine available to put into my son's car and he allowed me to do research to find the best inexpensive option for replacement. Unlike many other shops John was not hard to get hold of. Not only did he take my calls and answer all my many questions but he often called me back to let me know the latest with the car and the replacement engine. Within a week he had the car up and running, did several test runs of the car, and even fixed a minor air conditioning problem for me that he found. This is an honest garage and John is an honest owner. Unlike other experiences, John never engaged in doublespeak comma nor did he talk above my head, but he communicated clearly and even helped me to determine what were the best options with no pressure. His rates are reasonable and fair and he was patient with a person that does not know auto mechanics. Everyone should go to John and to Auto Medic One because they are an honest shop and they truly communicate that they care about their customers.
