Movers came to my storage unit. They were on time. But speed thru the gate according to the storage unit owner. This was brought to my attention. During the loading and unloading process. The two workers bickered with each other constantly. The worker Charles kept apologizing, saying he didnt like working with the other worker. They were late arriving at the unloading location. One of my chairs were broken. A leg is missing from my expensive dining room set. And a dresser was dropped and broken. Then to top it off, the movers took my straps that I supplied. I contacted Rick the owner where I was told, oh well. Then after a lengthy conversation, he said the items would be replaced.I have left messages with the owner Rick since then. No contact from him about replacing my broken and missing items. And my straps returned, must mean nothing as well. If you want to be ripped off and have your items damaged. This is the company for you. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

This company has great customer service. The man I spoke to on the phone and the people that came out to for my move were nice & professional. Makin' A Move was also willing to accommodate my last minute request, and sent three guys out for a next day move. The movers were careful and did NOT damage ANY of my furnishings or property. I highly recommend this company!
