Love BP, hate this gas station in particular. Unsafe location. Near a round about and no one knows how to drive.

Great place for gas. Open 24 hours. During the day you have other stores close by. So yes it's possible to be a one stop shop for you.

Went and they had absolutely no gas. And no signs saying they had no gas! Absolutely none until you walk up to the attendant. Wasted my harris teeter fuel points because of this.

No customer service, cashier is behind glass and can barely be heard, gas is always expensive. Filled up here only because I was on empty.

Just went to get gas and instead of the clerk acknowledging my needs as a customer she continued to play her game of scrabble on her phone. I asked the clerk did you really just make me wait 10 minutes while you finished your game and she responded yes. Then when asked who's the manager she responded she's the manager and then said God is my manager. No issue with God being her manager but her customer service was poor and unacceptable. Just because you work in an urban area doesn't give you the right to mistreat or treat people based on a stereotype, it's so sad that we continue to see bad behavior in this manner in our urban areas. When unhappy or dissatisfied with your employment/employer seek other employment. Bad behavior is so uncalled for and BP I Pray you as a company read and take these reviews seriously.

Just left... Stood there for about a minute as I proceeded to tell the cashier what I wanted she did not acknowledge me she had her head down writing and then lifted up her hand as if she was physically telling me one moment, very rude! A receipt was not given to me I had to ask for one. When I asked who the manager was she pointed to the lady behind her instead of verbally speaking. Customer service very poor!
