I'm a local, and I hate to "brag that title" but management really needs to adress the attitude of their employees at this location. Every time I enter the store(almost nightly) I'm greeted by disgruntled employees who obviously do not want to be there. I came in this evening and the manager was the only one I saw on shift, I waited about 8 minutes at the counter while the manager was doing her shift duties, I'm assuming, she never said anything to me the entire time I stood at the counter and I honestly placed my goods back on the shelf and went to another location, I understand covid has had a major impact on the service industry, but if I'm greeted with animosity as soon as I enter a store, I would rather take my business to another location that is not operated by 711 because their staff quality standards have obviously decreased significantly. I'm heavily disappointed in the work ethic and customer service standards that the corporation has descended too.
