Took 3 days to do an inspection, but they gave relatively accurate communication during the wait. Remember that they have lunch breaks when the whole office closes, not just the techs stepping out. Took my mom's car there to get her a relationship with a mechanic after she moved local. Not sure I'm going to stick with them.

W.E. Glenn was polite, but not very communicative about the status of my car. I had my car towed there after it broke down and had to call them each time for an update. He diagnosed the problem accurately but did not look for parts online, instead recommended to get the part from the dealer for 3x the price that it was online. I ended up having to take it to another mechanic.

Nice people service was slow. Definitely a local spot as friends continuously dropped by and interrupted the gentleman working on my car. If you’re from middlesex then it’s probably a good place for you. I give them two stars because they rounded my oil plug.
