I had an amazing experience getting my new car from Stohlman Volkswagen. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and the process was super easy and smooth. I brought my car back to Stohlman to have the fuel door replaced as it did not open when needed. This is an important function, especially when the car is low on gas. The technician replaced the fuel door with a new and freshly painted (at my expense) fuel door. However, when I went to pick up my car I noticed that the fuel door did not open. I spent $168 for the installation. Obviously the tech and his manager did not inspect to see if the fuel door worked. Maybe they did not even change the fuel door and charged me anyway. I do not know. Waiting to hear about next steps. Very disappointed. I have been a customer for 6 years and expect better service. It is a fuel door-not a transmission or major part of the engine.

From the moment that I stepped into the dealership, I felt welcomed. George, our sales associate, allowed us to test drive while he finished up with a client and I could tell he was actively listening to what I wanted in a car. Although I came in to test drive a lower trim car, he took my critiques to heart and showed me another option that had all the specs (and more) I was looking for. Since the price was slightly above what I was hoping to spend, he made sure to work with me on finding a happy medium. Him and the rest of the team made sure to walk me through all the steps, and even followed up with me to make sure all my questions were answered. Additionally, getting my ceramic coating service was super easy. George made sure that the drop off and pick up process was as seamless as possible. Definitely considering getting a second car with my partner in the next year or so - hopefully at this dealership.

Had a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The location lost power due to a storm and the staff were very inventive by calling another location to determine our financial payments. They even offered to bring the vehicle to our residence the next day if necessary. Our salesperson explained the details of the vehicle and gave us alternate options for other vehicles that were arriving at the dealership. Very friendly. The process was very smooth and easy!

This was my first time buying a car and one of many for my dad. Jose Escobar was the name of the salesman who sold us the car. He was wonderful and took his time working with us to find the right car with the right price. After deciding on the car we worked with Joshua Brown getting everything set with the payment and he was absolutely delightful and made everything as easy and quick as possible. I even stated I needed everything quick to make it to work on time and they made sure I did. Overall it was a great experience and to quote my dad the best experience he ever had purchasing a car.

Staff was friendly, and generally helpful. Came with a friend who was intending on leasing a car. Test drive went fine, staff let us look at the car before my friend decided on leasing. We had some problems with the insurance company and the bank, which led to a lot of back-and-forth for the dealership. The staff members explained the situation to us and gave him the information he needed to resolve the issues. (Part of their information was incorrect, but they provided a volume of very useful facts for us, so overall a very net positive). Overall, I would recommend this dealership. Staff was well-intentioned, knowledgeable, and helped with whatever we needed. They also handled our situation well, even though it took longer and was a bit more frustrating than a typical interaction.
