Tysons Corner Virginia Peloton Store today July 17 had the worst customer service I have dealt with in years. I came into the store and was directed to an associate. Who proceeded to look at my spouse and me up and down and gave a face to us. At that moment we did not assume anything. We get walked over to the bikes. Each question asked to us was immediately cut off. The associate never allowed me to answer any questions. The associate then assumed we had the devices to hook up to the pelotons already. Not asking anything about our goals or what direction we should go based on our options. Then I got to ask my first question. "Do we have to have the subscription to use the bikes". The associate began to answer with a flippant attitude saying "we shouldn't bother getting a bike then". Due to the associates attitude and telling us we shouldn't bother. I then said "that's dumb to have to have the subscription". The associate then cuts me off before I could state any reasoning behind my simple answer of dumb and proceeded to borate me and tell me "it's our company model". Me unable to convey any reasoning behind what I was trying to say due to being repeatedly cut off. The manager then proceeds to come over and say "if that's your opinion you can leave". So based on this interaction. I now know that if I am a buyer who is unsure and needed more information and understand other possibilities and options. That Peloton does not care and will tell you to leave based on my opinion. I'm disgusted that this is even a practice at this store to discriminate and borate buyers.

WAAFAA is the BEST! We were on the fence about purchasing a Peloton but once we stepped foot in the store she was so helpful and sweet she sold us with her great customer service skills. There are other sales associates in there but I think their butts are glued to the stools. We were very lucky to have gotten her help or we wouldn't be leaving with a Peloton today. If you decide to go into the store be sure to ask for WAAFAA, you will not regret it!!

Drove all the way to the mall to specifically visit this store with my family. Literally JUST walked in and started looking around only to be ignored as if we weren’t customers at all. One of the employees was busy helping another customer and the other two employees literally stood looking out the corner of their eyes at us without coming over to help us at all. We walked out because it was a very awkward situation and I would hate to say race played a part in this but it’s hard not to think that when we were blatantly and what seemed to be purposely ignored since they saw us standing and offered no help at all.

I LOVE MY PELOTON BIKE+! I love the overall experience from the ENTIRE Peloton staff from showroom to support! Best in class service and its consistent throughout the company. Massive shoutout to Cathy for ensuring I had the best delivery service. She went above and beyond to make sure any hiccups were rectified and truly kept the best in class service model. I can not thank you enough Cathy for making sure I was taken care of and I truly appreciate you for it. Great showroom, amazing team, astounding equipment, phenomenal instructors (Jess King is my fav!) and great app! GET THE PELOTON! Cheers!

Arlisa W was really knowledgeable, friendly and patient when I came to the showroom in Tysons. I had a lot of questions and even had to change into my running shoes to try out the tread. Nothing phased her. She kept a smile (even though her mask) the whole time. After I left, it was her follow up that helped me close the deal bc she even helped me maximize my discounts and get the best package for our family. Thank you so much Arlisa, I have full faith in the Peloton family and customer service! She's a keeper!

We booked a time slot to experience the treadmill. We already own the bike and wanted to get an up close on the tread. We were in town for my birthday and stated in the adjoining hotel. This store is located in the connected mall amid the hustle and bustle of stores and shoppers. There is a rep ready to check you in upon arrival. You are paired with a knowledgeable rep ready to provide specs and any information for the product of your choice. Come dressed in sneakers and activewear to give one of the products a spin. You also have the opportunity you make a purchase of accessories and apparel onsite.

I don’t typically leave reviews for retail locations but our experience here far exceeded any expectations we had. My husband, daughter, and I came in to look at the bikes as we wanted something we could all use at home. We were taken right at our appointment time by Nicole who gave us a demo of the content where we were able to get on the bike and try out shoes. We knew we weren’t going to buy right that day and appreciated how we never felt the “pushy sales” vibe, instead Nicole let us know to think about it and contact her if we decided to purchase. After talking through a few days later it we decided to go for it and she was available by phone right away to make the process super easy for us. The day our bike arrived several weeks later, Nicole emailed me to ask how it went and when I said I was having trouble with the pedals she actually sent me a video to show a quick adjustment!! We absolutely LOVE our Peloton and really appreciate how we were made to feel like family the second we walked through the door. You won’t regret this purchase.

We love our Peloton! Carissa made our shopping and purchase experience stress free and easy! She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation! You can tell she genuinely loves the product and that’s what you want from a sales person! If you are going back and forth on wanting to purchase the peloton bike I highly recommend contacting Carissa and doing it, you won’t regret it!
