Kind, helpful person on staff made the experience more pleasant than it otherwise would have been. They also provided water and squeege to wash car windows. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not as clean as I would have wished and soap was unavailable in the bathroom. They did, however, thoughtfully provide hand sanitizer just outside the bathroom, which is a nice touch I wish more people would provide.
