The good: Store is clean and well stocked, restrooms clean and private. The terrible: the worst customer experience I have ever had. Staff is unfriendly and horribly rude. They justified their nasty behavior yelling that they have 'never seen me before', insinuating that as a visitor I was not entitled to respect. I am local, and have purchased gas there many times as it is on my way home from work. I usually pay at the pump and do not go in. However, today I left without gas, doubled back and went to the Mobile across the street to fill up. At $100a tank of gas, I do not feel the need to be disrespected. I will never stop there again and would not recommend to anyone who would not be perceived as a "regular".

I was on a road trip with my family and needed gas. We went off our path because their posted hours said they were open until 10 pm. We pulled in for gas at 9:55 pm (5 minutes before the posted closing time). All the lights were on when we pulled up to the pump. The attendant looked at my car/family and turned all the lights off and locked the door.

Employees are rude. And during the gas shortage May 11th 2021 they only allow their employees to have gas. They put the "out of service" bags on the pumps when the are FULL. Wont give them service again. 2 thumbs down!!

Bob is one of the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. As a college student, money is always tight and its hard to find a mechanic you can trust. However, I can always rest assured that my car is in good hands with Bob and know that he's honest and extremely fair. Don't hesitate to bring your car to Bob if you have any issues or just need regular maintenance/oil changes.

So it’s 9:48 pm on 2/19/19. They close at 10pm and as I start to pump gas the guy working inside shuts off all the lights outside including the sign on the building. Funny thing is the gas truck was also there unloading gas... in the dark. Nice employee 😡

This place is terrible. Smells strange. Went to purchase tobacco products, I am 23 years old but still have a vertical ID, but I am 23. They denied my purchase, claiming its a law. Though I am of age... Makes no sense. I will not return here. I have not had this issue with other Exxon's or Pitstops. Then the clerk proceeded to argue with me. Nope. Terrible

2017-09-09 was putting 93 octane in my car and it took a long time, I could not even hear the gas pumping into my car, I heard some other people joking about the same thing while they were pumping gas into their vehicles; many gas pumps still have the out of service bag on the gas pump; receipts are saying that this is Exxon instead of Shell 2017-07-26 buyer beware! Lot can be crowded and there may be a line/wait to get into the lot since Martin's gas station recently closed. There are always gas pumps that have plastic bag, which usually means the pumps are not available. Also, there are people that will approach your vehicle and ask you for money. So beware! 2017-07-17 many gas pumps had the out of service bag on the gas pump, maybe since Martin's gas station (and grocery store recently closed); receipts are saying that this is Exxon instead of Shell

*Only pertaining to the service/mechanic side, not the gas station* What a great experience! One of the gentlemen that works there, I believe his name was Bob, was fantastic! My problem ended up being very minor, just an oil pressure sensor that I had managed to snap in half while changing my own oil & filter. However, he pulled me in & checked it out right away and only charged me the exact price of the part and $10 in labor to put it in! Very quick & honest & I will definitely be back! One thing to note however, is that they do not have a lift, so they are limited to certain types of repairs, so just call ahead of time to make sure they can do it before you get there or have your car towed there!
