Pods deliver to my house in Virginia and picked up and move to Houston, Texas. It was there longer, due to me falling and breaking my leg. Everything was in good conditions. Called Pods when it was time to be deliever to my new house in Spring, TX. They were there on time. They were on about 6 miles down the road from my new location. Thanks again. D. Crossfield

he Initial Customer Service and the Driver who delivered the pods were excellent, hence the two stars because it went south from there. No blankets were sent with pods that I ordered. Driver knew nothing about them I showed him them listed on order. The Customer Service I spoke with after that was rude could care less that I needed blankets and offered no solution. When I tried to at least find out the day before the pick up if i would be AM or PM the customer service person was again rude border line unprofessional and not helpful in any way. Very condescending and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for over 30 minutes until I finally Hung up, which I guess was the goal. They will not get any business from me ever again.

PODS has made our moving experience very easy. We moved across the country and they have kept me posted every step of the way. It was easy to schedule. Also, the drivers that picked up our two PODS have been nice & friendly.

On March 14th 2022 the pods truck was at my home to drop off and pick up a pod and during the loading process he backed up and hit my van. It's been 2 months and I still have no answers on getting my vehicle fixed. No one from pods or their insurance company Liberty mutual will call me back. We will literally never use their services are company again. I just want my van fixed and if we could have done that in a professional manner everything would have been okay.

I needed to place my household goods in storage for an unspecified length of time, which ended up being 3 years. The process was simple with the pickup and redelivery. I would highly recommend PODS.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the final delivery cost of PODS. Other than feeling like I was ripped off, every other aspect was 5 Stars. I was initially told the delivery fee from zip code to zip code was $2,300. I realize I could have signed a contract at the 2300 price but we were not 100% sure we would end up relocating permanently. I just wanted to know what to "expect" for a final cost. Anyway, we did end up staying and when I called for final delivery I was told the final cost would be $2,000 MORE than what I was initially told. I realize the cost may go up a little since gas prices went up but this was double what I was told to expect. I really feel since they had my "stuff" and no signed contract they took great advantage of the situation and ripped me off. It's a shame because every other aspect was great.

I was moving out of a busier part of town without much parking space. The representative who gave my quote explained confidently how the container would be dropped off, picked up and moved to my destination out of state. After I booked my container I became concerned about lack of space by my apartment building. I called to express this and the 2nd representative, much like the first gave zero hint I should be worried. When the driver came he told me there was nowhere to put the container and even if there was I'd needed to get a permit before he arrived, which was the first I'd heard this from anyone at PODS. I had to plan a 1000-mile move in less than 24 hours, which proved to unfold extremely chaotically because PODS failed to communicate that their service wasn't right for my situation. Rented a POD to store my items when I sold my house and then planned to have them storage the POD until I moved to my new home. It rained with all of my belongings in it and the POD leaked. When I called, they told me my only option was to empty the unit and they would drop off a new POD. I told them this was physically and financially impossible since I needed to be off the property in a week and I couldn’t empty the entire unit either back into the house or on the sidewalk so the leaking POD was ready to be picked up when they dropped off the new one. I had to hire movers to come move everything out of the POD and into a storage facility so I could make the deadline to be off the property. The first person I spoke to said I couldn’t get a refund because I was using it for storage. The next person said they put in a case to be reviewed and would hear from them in 48-72 hours. I had to call them back and they had to resubmit the form, was told 24-48 hours. I again had to contact them and they then told me 10 business days. It’s been past the 10 days and they said I should hear from them soon. Still waiting for them to contact me first and to get my money back. Services: Local moving, Moving-related storage

We had a great experience with PODS and our driver, Dale Woodward. He showed up on time and was very professional, both at the initial POD drop-off and at the pickup. The location where we needed him to drop off our POD was a challenge to get into, but Dale was careful and did a great job. I hope we don't have to move again for a long time, but if we do need a storage or moving solution in the future we will surely remember our excellent experience with this company. I had our driver Dale Woodward deliver our pod. He was very nice and gave us tips on how to pack and more. I really appreciated Dale taking the time to chat with us.
