I went in to get some things for my car and the women behind the counter barely acknowledged my presents...I told her I was military and she rang me up but when I got to the car I did not see my usual 10% discount..wont go back to this location again

I have to shoutout Jacob at this location - I came in yesterday to buy a battery and hold downs (required for my car to pass inspection), and he was so kind and helpful, making sure I got the best prices. While he couldn’t install the battery for me yesterday due to rain, he said I could come back another time. Unfortunately, the only time I could come back was 30 minutes till close today. My car definitely has some issues, so the parts didn’t install properly on the first attempt. Jacob spent over half an hour (past close!) to help install everything, even making several trips to and from the store to get his own tools and some odds-and-ends pieces necessary. I cannot thank him enough for his time and courtesy - this location will definitely become my new go-to auto parts shop!

I have lived in this area from 1966 to 1981 and returned in 2013 to present. I have visited Advanced Auto Parts since its arrival in this small shopping center and this was the FIRST & ONLY time an Employee Smiled, was Plesant and Energetic, and didn't just simply point to where an item was. He showed and actually discussed the product and made recommendations. Jacob... I applaud your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you...

I have been getting all my auto parts here for years now. The staff is always eager to help, and the online shopping and in store pick-up is the only way I purchase my parts. They almost always have the part I need, and if not they will order it for me. Highly recommend for anyone.

Jacob was very helpful with my vehicle battery purchase. He also tested my alternator and then emailed me the test results before I arrived home. It was a nice shopping experience.

Employee seemed overall disinterested in helping me and showed disregard for standard store policies. She also was not wearing her mask to cover her mouth/nose.

I was waiting in line and was basically refused service. I even watched as the customer ran outside and then back to finish up his transaction. That employee finished with the customer, looked at me and then went on working like I wasn’t there. Another employee was on the phone and also acted as if I was not standing in front of her. I eventually walked out of the store. I will never go back! It’s a shame how you treat long time paying customers!
