Sub par experience. This is my normal Wawa that I always goto, never have any issues. But today after ordering a BLT and waiting ten minutes for the easiest sandwich in the world I had enough and began asking about my order. Was ignored by two associates who looked dead at me. So after a total of 15 minutes from the time I ordered I gave up and requested a refund. (Which isn't showing on my statement yet, after 48 hrs and I will edit this review to 1 star if my refund does not clear) needless to say I am extremely disappointed. Oh and for more information, there was maybe a total of 8 customers in The entire store.

Never order Delivery from the app. You will NOT receive your food, it will be stollen by the driver twice in a row and this WAWA will not just make you the food your owed. “Once it’s picked up by the driver it’s out of our hands.” Okay but I still paid for food TWICE that I did not get! I’m not charging my card 3 times just because you won’t remake my food I never received. This is because I can’t leave a review for DOORDASH

Im a frequent visitor to this location with never really an issue with customer service but to ights experience was very different...I came in to get a drink and a panini and the guy who made the drink was very nice and respectful, but the girl who "made the sandwich" kept giving me dirty looks amd rolling her eyes...i say make the sandwich because she didnt even put sny meat on it, how can you forget chicken on a chic ken sandwich...customer service and quality assurance needs to be your top priority

Wawa is our go to convince store. Use the app. Pick up your food, drinks... Your good to go. Earn rewards. The remodel is "trendy". I'm still getting used to it. You're funneled to one side for sodas and coffees, the soda machine being in the very far corner. Then for everything else, all the way across the store... I know this is to get you to buy more.. You see more you buy more, but I've actually spent less time in here since the remodel. I don't love the new look. It's darker and to me feels more claustrophobic. So I take my kids in grab what we have to and scan the app and beat feet... I did kind the other lay out better. I know it's what I was used to.. I'm sure in time when they have to remodel those store again I will be upset or at least indifferent bc I will have finally gotten used to this one... Oh well... At least it's clean..

I love Wawa. It would have gotten that fifth star if the damn app worked like it was supposed too. I've tried using it three times, and every time, I have to redo my order when I get there because it doesn't show up. Even tho it says it's waiting on me to get there. Any who, the staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. No complaints at all from this location, other than their app to store communication is off.

Best Wawa I have been to either up or down this county, staff is always friendly and the store manager Shawn is one of the friendliest and patient managers I ever met. Food is always good it's always clean and you never have to wait in line long wether it's on the fuel pumps or in store. Downside it's also the busiest gas station in the area.
