I greeted the cashier who so happened to be the manager. Asked for some cigarettes she asked for my id, left my money on the counter and went to my car to get the ID. When she rung me up for the second time she started tossing my items towards me with attitude and got an even worse attiude when I asked for a bag. Her response was “if I left my money on the counter again she will allow another customer to spend it”. I responded ok and let her know her attitude wasn’t called for. She stated she thought I had an attitude because she asked for me my ID, clearly I didn’t, I went and got it and showed it to her with no issue. She continued to go back and forth even though all I was saying “all of this isn’t necessary” she would reply “you’re right it isn’t necessary, so you should leave”. I didn’t start any aggression and tried to defuse tension, the manager was trying to fuel an argument and displaying anything but professional and good customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. ~Jasmine

Tried to get battery checked and it as told it would be 10-15 minutes because he was the “only one there” while two other employees were standing by the door smoking. O’Reilly got my business instead. ~Todd

He is a great mechanic! He fixed my fuel tank and he charges reasonably, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because no one answers the phone, he is extremely difficult to get in touch with ~Jasmine

I have been shopping at various Walgreens for 18 years and I have never experienced anything bad, but on 8-4-2022 at the Walgreens on 2400 George Washington Memorial Highway Yorktown, VA store number 10453; that all changed. Police were called by the shift leader Shelby Joyner. He exaggerated the situation and wasted the police time. I also called 911 and let them know I was waiting outside and I was not leaving and was not armed. Police were very nice and stated that he might be having a bad day. That does not give someone the liberty to mistreat anyone! The officers told me to call cooperate and the BBB. Cashier Charlie Chance needs to be promoted! Charlie even told Shelby he didn't need to call the police twice. Charlie did his best to defuse the situation and even suggested to him an alternative. He still was determined to be irate and disrespectful to me. It is a shame how people act when they assume or feel that they have some authority. All of this happened because Charlie was honoring a price that was posted. Charlie never asked Shelby for any assistance Shelby inserted himself into my transaction for no reason. ~Easan
