FASTSIGNS was the third or fourth sign maker I called since I don’t live in York County anymore. John followed up with me by phone and email. He actually was willing to work on my project and follow it through to completion unlike the other companies. He was so attentive and actually greatly improved upon my original idea! He made an extra trip to another store to make sure he had the best installation option for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use FASTSIGNS again! Thanks so much!

I've been working with the FastSigns company for over 10 years professionally and personally. It saddens me to write this negative review, but this location is the only trouble I've had with. I sent out a request for some graphics only to not have any response for days after saying they would send a quote the following day. When I sent a follow-up three days later, they said their "machine was down yesterday", however you don't need a printer to send a quote... Perhaps it was a fluke slip in their customer service, but this isn't how you treat your long-term (or new) customers. I took my business to Banners.com and had the best customer service and turnaround (15 min max to email replies). The CS rep took me through all the options and was very helpful and personable. They're also HALF the price of FastSigns. I received the graphics in less time than it took for FastSigns to get me my quote. Sorry FastSigns, but you guys lost a long-term customer...

The Yorktown Fast Signs Team did an outstanding job with my unique requests and products. Our Overhead Banner and Sponsor Boards were a big hit at our banquet. They also came up with a temporary label for our reusable golf hole signage which saved us a large expense on new ones. I'll definitely use their services again in the future--very well done!!!
