I came to this place looking for a simple bang trim. During the process, the woman who cut my hair did not brush out and even my bangs. She chopped both sides of my bangs unevenly. Once she noticed her mistake, she continued cutting to try and “fix” it. My bangs are now completely uneven on the sides and short in the middle. I do not recommend coming here. Service: Bang trim

My sister wanted a Balayage and Joi gave her low lights and highlights. It’s so stripy and she didn’t put a filler in her blonde hair so when she put the brown in it, it came out a weird black color with a green hue. We had to wait 3 days to get joi on the phone and her and one of her staff was very rude to us. There is NO excuse for this kind of service. My sister showed Joi exactly what she wanted and said multiple times that she wanted a balayage and Joi gave her ugly highlights. There is no fixing my sisters hair now because of the damage it would cause her hair. On Joi’s facebook there are pictures of clients that got a balayage done. She should’ve been able to do what my sister asked for yet did the complete opposite. Extremely disappointed with the services here. After my first time going to get highlights and cut, I walked out so happy because I found the new place I trust with my hair. I'm a very introverted/awkward person but Joi and all the other stylists make this a very comfortable place. Joi cuts men's hair suberb, taking extra time to make everything even, and making you look good even if you don't really know what kinda haircut you want 👍

Wannee does the best fade in Hampton Roads. I've been to half a dozen barbers locally and she's hands down the best. Shes very kind and considerate too. Looking forward to the next conversation and haircut!

I am very happy with my new haircut!!! I have quite thick hair which is not so easy to cut. And not always it turns out that good so I end up wearing ponytail all the time. A quiet little shopping center in York Co. with the best kept secret in hair! Joi saved me from an overly eager colorist who left me with very unflattering bright hair. She has since become my go-to stylist because she always does an amazing job on cut and color, and really listens to the client. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Joi is the most genuine person. She takes her time while doing your hair and does it right. She will not let you leave till you are happy. Prices are very fair and the best customer service I have ever had.
