Worst experience!!ordered online with carry out option for lunch break !!! Meaning a timed break ,go pick up order and get back to work to find out food missing ,call multiple times for nobody to answer who up to pick up and multiple people to look at the order placed on the phone only to do nothing! But say call corporate because we can’t do nothing according to owner ,like if a pregnant hungry person has time and patience to make up a story over missing food on a timed lunch break!!!if you are not going to fix YOUR mistake at least hire people that are not going to mess up or forget people’s food!!!!!!had to end up getting McDonald’s at least they gave me my food!

This made me become vegetarian. I worked here and let me tell you....the chicken if LITERALLY frozen and they add grill marks to make you believe its fresh. if you still find THAT appetizing be my guest and eat there....but the fries and literally COATED In salt its disgusting. one of my friends that worked there tried a bite of the fries before they took off some salt and due to health reasons after that she has passed. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL SUE YOU TO THE GROUND!!!!!

Literally ordered my meal; a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and medium fries with sauces of my choice to be delivered to me at work. My fries arrived cold and there was no sauces- the buffalo, ranch and chic fil a sauce I requested. It’s really disappointing since I was looking forward to enjoying my meal on my lunch break.

This is from my dead grandmother’s diary, which I found in the attic today…Today I came to get my usual 8 piece nugget, medium sweet tea, with a mac and cheese instead of fries. It’s REALLY not a complicated order, but to my surprise a worker named Don came and smacked me in the head with a FRYING PAN for trying to order an 8 piece nugget with a medium sweet tea and mac and cheese instead of fries. He then proceeded to carry me away unconscious until I was behind the ice cream machine where ants and roaches began to engulf me. Don then turned into an ant too and helped the other ants bite me until I could no longer move. He was their LEADER. Then, somebody came in and also ordered an 8 piece nugget, medium sweet tea, with a mac and cheese instead of fries. Don became human again and his eyes turned red with ANGER. He grabbed the whole ice cream machine and TOSSED it at the person. I couldn’t believe my eyes, as the person took their last look at me with utter pain and betrayal in their eyes as I laid there HELPLESS. The person finally took their last breath, and Don carried the both of us to the freezer where he choked me to death with the chicken nuggets that I ordered. This is my ghost writing this, and let me just say, NEVER come to this Chick-fil-A. The curse of the Don ant lives on to this day and he continues to attack anyone that orders an 8 piece nugget, medium sweet tea, with a mac and cheese instead of fries.

What can you say about Chick-fil-A? Always fast, fresh food. Wife loves the Kale salad and I like everything. Nicest people around!

My family came for the first time today around 2pm. Most employees were standing around chatting except Cody who was diligently cleaning the dining area. We needed a spoon and he was able to get one for us. He also refilled sodas when every other employee was chatting.

This Chick-fil-A is Notorious for messing up orders this morning I spent over 30 dollars with them waited in line for 15 plus minutes and they still got over half of my order wrong I have never been so disappointed and unsatisfied with this company before I was given I refund however this is the 3rd time this month this has happened specifically with the morning time shift and for this reason I won’t ever be returning to this location for any food and will make sure to see that none of my family and friends go here either. I also don’t appreciate how aggressive with peoples food they are at the window, not the workers outside but the ones bringing it to the window. I watched a worker carelessly throw around bags and place them down with unneeded amounts of force while waiting in line for only half my placed and paid for order.

I love this place, it is my favorite fast food restaurant so I was saddened to see almost my whole order was wrong. and they took like 25 minutes this morning and I only ordered a couple items. Overall delicious but unfortunately the service was poor this time around. I'll still be going though lol

Visit this place last Saturday 6/18. My order was missing a cobb salad. It was a drive through so I didn’t pay attention until we are almost at our destination. Called and ask for refund but manager said it corporate policy to not giving out partial refund. I am pretty sure it is corporate policy to give customers all the food they order. Be ware to check what you order.

Awesome for a fast food place. My daughter and I went into the dining room after ordering. We almost never do that in fast food places any more. Staff surprisingly friendly (all speaking English well). Bathrooms clean - like in a home.
