Please do NOT go to this location !!!! Not only was it the worst chicken ( unseasoned , tasteless ) I’ve ever tasted . Made me and my family nauseous..But when i called back to the store after spend $28 on dinner for my family , they never answered the phone , no vm set up. I’m officially done , everything was nasty !!!! I want my money back , and they refused even after the food was returned . Management was trash and provided a fake number when i asked for their corporate number.😡 Do not go here !!!

Ordered from this via UberEats. My order arrived NOTHING was sealed. The bag was wide open and soda was completely exposed when it arrived on my doorstep. There were no utensils or napkins and no honey sauce for my biscuits. Very disappointed 😔

This KFC is not the norm. I ordered a 20 piece chicken and it was severely undercooked. The fried chicken wasn't fried. It wasn't golden brown but looked gray. The batter fell off the chicken when you picked it up. It was as if the fryer was on low. I took it back and they gave me a replacement...I threw it away upon coming home. This KFC didn't taste like KFC and I will never go there again. Eat at this KFC, at Eldorado in Mckinney, at your own risk!!!

I got 16 piece chicken bucket and asked for hot sauce. He gave me taco bell hot sauce. Taco bell hot sauce is good with tacos not fried chicken. Can’t enjoy my $30 bucks food. Never had fried chicken leftover.

On 02/19/22 The workers here was so nasty. One worker took our order and did not tell us that there was no chicken and it would be a 25 min wait. And the other worker went to fix our order and begins to sneeze and wipe his nose with his hands and than he wipe them His clothes. When i saw this I kept asking him to stop. By that time he grab the uncovered smash potatoes with his nasty hands. I ask them for a refund and he said ok but went back and started doing someone’s else’s order. All the while the manager never told him to go wash his hands

I ordered an 8 piece bucket. What they gave us was a half bucket of broken little chicken pieces barely bigger than my thumb. I returned it and they replaced it with chicken that was very old and greasy. I am not happy at all with my expierence at this location and will not come here anymore. I feel that i have wasted my money.

The tenders are so expensive for a little bite. Only ordered one because I'm not paying almost 5 bucks for 2 tenders. They didn't include a spoon in my meal. Thankfully i had my own plastic ware in the car for times like that.

We ordered at the drive through. Waited 15 minutes for the order. When we opened the box we found 8 pieces of uncooked chicken. When we went inside there was no empathy no apology or acknowledgement of this mess you see pictured here. They refunded us
