What changed in the pharmacy? I have been using this pharmacy for years, but since COVID the pharmacy is terrible. Several times not having my prescription ready when I was told to pick it up. Twice they told me my prescription wasn't ready, then on the third trip there they claimed to be out of the medication. I wouldn't depend on this location for meds you really have to have. I have had several bad experiences with this pharmacy over the past year. I will be changing pharmacies soon....

We have been using Rite Aid for well over 20 plus years. This particular Rite Aid has always served us well. Whether it is for general shopping or shots or prescriptions, they always have things ready when they're supposed to. Highly recommended to all.

Shout out to Felisha. The sweetest person ever. She went above and beyond to help me track down baby formula during a shortage. She couldn’t have been nicer and I am so grateful for her kindness!

Oh where to begin. My doctor wrote me a prescription for a daily medication. It took 5 days to have filled. I was told that it would be ready by 5 pm after waiting 5 days. I went at 6 pm and was told it wasn't ready. Went back an hour later and was told it would be 75 dollars!!! My insurance stated it would be 74 cents. Big difference. I left without my prescription after having everyone in the pharmacy look into it. Went back the next day when different staff was there. Was again told 75 dollars. I explained that they are making a mistake. Nope....they claimed no. Then I asked a pharmacist to assist me and FINALLY able to get my prescription for the correct copay of 74 cents. What a hassle!!! Fast forward. It's time for a refill. Someone slapped my 30 day supply tag on the large pharmacy bottle of my meds!!! They gave me a 90 day supply with a 30 day supply label! The gave away 60 extra, unaccounted for, pills!! I took it back to the pharmacy to tell them....the pharmacist said "no big deal...its not the worst thing we have done." And could have cared less. I'm OVER this rite aid!! Walgreens is now my new pharmacym

Dr Emily and the techs did a great job today giving flu shots to my family. Even found us a coupon when the system didn’t print one. Thanks! However, while we were waiting we witnessed them overcoming some incredibly AWFUL customers with atrocious behavior. The pharmacy staff maintained their professionalism and served these customers but honestly Rite-Aid customers that verbally assault your staff should be sent packing.

So they offer walk-in Covid Vaccines every day between 2 and 3. I stopped by Saturday at 2:45. They kindly said there were 8 in front of me and scheduled vaccines started at 3 again. I could wait, but it might be an hour and a half. They suggested I come back the next day, but get there before 2 so I'd be seen fairly quickly. I arrived at 1:50. I was number 7. they did not take number 1 till 2:20 Then there were huge gaps. I believe there was only one pharmacist, but no one said anything. Just would randomly call one person, then go do other stuff for 10 minutes or more, then give another vaccine. I got my vaccine at 3:15. Almost an hour and a half for 7 vaccines! While there one man came in to get a refill he'd called in Monday.... Remember, it's now Sunday. He had been waiting 45 minutes when I finally got my shot. If they had announced they were short staffed, they were running behind, anything, it would have been better. I feel for businesses that cannot get staff. But don't make customers sit there for so long without some consideration of their time. Horrible customer service experience.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! They never fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. I’ve called numerous times to check on the status of a prescription only to be told it’ll be ready by a certain time that day. I usually wait the following day to pick it up and it still isn’t ready. Every time I call, I’m put on hold or hung up on by the same associate, Raven, before I can even respond. After being put on hold, she never comes back to you. I’ve waited as long as 40 minutes. She’s also the same associate who tells me my prescription will be ready, which it never is. I’m switching pharmacies. If you value your time and sanity, don’t use this pharmacy.

Very terrible service regarding Covid vaccination. Employees don't see the customers waiting. They just ignore them. You should wait when they finaly deside to come to you and then they will be totally unhelpful. We were waiting for our vaccination for the long time. Finally I found out that there is no any records about my vaccination in Virginia health department. I returned to the pharmacy and asked for help but rudly was sent to the customer servise. They could not even provide me with phone number. I could not even emagaine that such awful service can be provided somewhere in the USA. Managers please learn you staff how to provide good service to your clients. Walgreens is across the road. Feel the difference.

Been a customer for a few years now. I've been debating on switching pharmacies over the last year for a couple reasons. First, they always have to order my prescriptions even though I've been getting the same medications for over 3 years and request a refill like clockwork each month. I try to stay one step ahead and request a refill 4 or 5 days before I am out, but that doesn't matter. Each time I will get a text saying they have to order the medication but they still won't fill it until I go there and say that I need it because it is my diabetic medicine. Next, when you call, they will pick up the phone then immediately hang up on you or they will place you on hold without saying a word and never come back. I am finished with Rite Aid. Customer service is not high on their priority list. Go ahead...call them now. You'll see what I'm talking about.

Don’t ever send prescriptions to get filled here!!(send to Rite Aid on Battlefield Blvd that has excellent service) Have had multiple problems at this rite aid location. Have a common refill that I drove in to pick up and they said it would take 45 mins if I want to wait. Signed up for them to text me when it’s ready and never heard back. Called them back later that day and it still wasn’t ready and refused to let me know when it might be ready. Terrible service and no sense of urgency! Only was taken care of after begging for a simple prescription to be filled.
