This pharmacy is a joke. I'd give them 0 stars if possible how can they call me to let me know prescription is ready? Later on the day . I told then I was going to pick it up next day exactly what I did just for them to tell me oh sorry I put it back because it's been more than 5 day. Are you kidding? You just called me yesterday. Oh yeah I know the guy in there said. I just don't understand how these people do business.

The wait is terrible in the pharmacy area! They are awfully slow and kind of non-responsive. After I had my covid booster shot, I didn't know if I should leave or wait. I tried to ask, but had to wait again!

The world's slowest pharmacy. I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes today with only 1 car in front of me. This happens every time (not exaggerating). I decided to park and go in, and there was no line and several employees. They still had me wait there for a few minutes. If something is going to take this long, they really need to tell the customer to park and wait while they tend to other customers who are picking up a prescription and will literally only take 2 minutes of time to process. People have to return to work. Picking up a prescription should not take a whole hour or more, even when there's only 1 person ahead in line. I'd understand if it happened once, but it happens literally every time and it's unacceptable.

Just trying to get my 2nd covid shot ... First appointment their system was down so they couldn't do anything. They were supposed to call me back to set up new time but if course they didn't. Turned up for my appointment today, but when i arrived there was no pharmacist - they don't work on Sundays! You think somebody could have noted that they were booking on a day that no-one was there to give the shots?? I was so frustrated I gave up and went to Walmart, they took me in straight away. Very impressed with the whole fiasco!!

Started calling pharmacy at 9:05 and got VRU said two calls ahead of me. I held for 35 mins. and then hung up. I drove up at 10:15 and still no one at pharmacy. The staff could only state they had not arrived. I find this unbelievable and irresponsible. When they are there they are less than pleasant.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Prescriptions never ready. They called my mom one week later for her script that we already had filled somewhere else because they’re that bad. Nobody answers the drive-thru nor the phones. Took me 40-50 minutes each time for a SCHEDULED COVID vaccine. Don’t waste good hours of your life here.

Front counter is very nice but the Pharmacy is the slowest. Whether you go in line or drive thru, it takes forever for them to talk to you and the prescriptions are never ready at the time they told that they will be ready at. They keep postponing the pick up time saying they are not ready yet.

Walgreens has the most difficult e-coupon system and I always feel that I'm getting stiffed. It happened again today that I decided to return to the store to return everything I bought. The cashier, Cherry, didn't seem to know what she was doing and the manager, Paula Burger, got all flustered and started raising her voice to me. Really poor customer service and a bad reflection on Walgreen's. I'll never shop there again. Glad I don't have my prescriptions there.

When through the pharmacy drive-through to pick up prescriptions for my mother. Took almost 25 minutes of sitting there before a pharmacist even came up to the window and acknowledged me. She wasn't the most polite. Had an attitude with me the whole time. Really made it sound like she hated her job. Told me my prescriptions will be ready in about 30 minutes. When I went back up to pick them up, She told me it was gonna be another few hours. So I waited until about 630 to pick them up. I dropped the prescriptions off at noon. Same girl was still there and I waited about 25 minutes to even be helped at the window. She doesn't seem like she likes her job very much. I told her I had a coupon and I heard her say oh of course under her breath. now I remember why I never get prescriptions filled at Walgreens anymore. Especially this one. Because the staff is just rude overall and you have to wait extremely long periods of time to pick up prescriptions
