I had a pretty good experience at this Wawa location! I had a coupon for a free Shorti Hoagie that I wanted to use before I moved out of the area and it was pretty good! The only reason I’m giving this Wawa location 4 stars is because it took a little bit longer than expected to wait in line to “pay” for the hoagie and for it to be made.

I put in an order on the app for pick-up at 7:48pm. I scheduled the pick up for 8:05pm. Got there at 8:06pm. It was 8:39pm by the time I left. Waiting 33 minutes for a sandwich defeats the purpose of the app. The food is good. Just don't think you'll be served on time.

Quality of staff has gone done. Rather than complain about young people popping out babies and collecting unemployment than come into work IN FRONT OF GUESTS, management should be establishing strategies to help the flow of movement. For example, the quick checkout kiosks are seriously underused - why is it that when the line is 8 people deep, clerks are not suggesting people with 1-2 items to use those instead? This is a store culture problem.

Rudest staff that used unprofessional language, screaming at people that she doesn't make "Sh!t" until people pay. That sort of language with children in the store is uncalled for. This is the first rude unprofessional WaWa I have ever been to in decades.

I have been coming here since they opened. It has steadily declined. Yes the gas is cheap but empty your trash can and clean up a little. Plus now you have beggers asking for our hard earned money. I feel just a little hesitant on coming back. $6.56 for a 10 inch sub at a sub shop you can get 12 inch with everything for 2 bucks more.
