We love how many things Bear Necessities has to offer! From beer, wine and other types of alcohol to local honey, soaps and much much more! We bought a fresh cut roses goat milk soap and the smell is incredible!!! Highly recommend this wonderful place!!

This place is horrible. I spend about $75.00 a week on cigars. This is a local place in a small town. The 3rd time I've went in to check on service. Their humidor is self serve! One of the owner a female leaned forward as I looked through their humidor. Never taking her eye off me! When I went to spend my $18.63 I asked “ where you worried I was going to take something? “ her reply was I sure I don't know what your talking about! She never smiled said NO way! I will never darken the door of this place. Not Friendly. No nothing of customer service or how to greet or act around a customer. Bad when I am forced to drive to the large city to get service!

The people here go above and beyond. If you need help with anything shipping (like an Amazon return) they will help. I will go to no other store for my shipping needs. Best kept secret in deer park plus the items they have for sale in store are adorable.

Always friendly staff. Very willing to help. Drop off UPS or Fedex several times a week. In and out in a Jiffy. They have gifts, drinks and all the quick necessities one might need.

If there was an option, I would give it a big fat zero! Left off a package a few days ago, at the urging of the clerk because she was busy! Went in to ask for my paperwork, and a different clerk very rudely said I should have asked for paperwork at the time I dropped it off. They should have told me that at the time. Very nasty young clerk!

A friend shipped me a package from Oregon and she used an incorrect address so the package ended up at the local post office. Linda was WONDERFUL.... she resolved my problem so I was able to pick it up on my way through from my place up in Canada. Thank you sooooo much for caring and going the extra many steps.

Very friendly staff. The only place i could find to send UPS packages. The lady even helped me figure out how to find the shipping address off the Amazon web site. Love the store too.
