Stopped in for some gasoline. I walked in to pay for gasoline. Basically quick service, I was able to go in and go out. Cashier said hi with a smile. As well, said have a good day as I left.

Went in with the kids for drinks, tried to use some free items I had, clerk was rude acted like he scanned my barcode (He didn't) told me he didn't know how that worked and that the system did everything on it's own. He proceeded to charge me for my "Free" items!! He then said the system will take care of it "lies". 6 days later system hasn't taken care of anything. The items purchased haven't shown up on my app "This is how I know he didn't scan my barcode" even though that's the first thing I showed him!

People at the counter couldn’t stop flirting with one another for long enough to focus and put the right amount of money on the right pump. Messed it up 3 different times before I could FINALLY get gas. Additionally, one of them wasn’t even wearing a mask

Older store with 3 pumps out of order. Clerk could use some customer service refreshers but worse than him, can't go to my normal ARCO on 128th because the franchise owner used the n-word on a guy. I was glad to see some protesters there the following day.

Used bathroom actually. It said "cleaning at this time" not true. Gal said "oh she's finished you can go in", not true. Bathroom icky. Did my thing and didn't touch anything that wasn't mine, and left. I got what I came for, so yes it was a 5 star to me.
