The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a phone store. Iwas greeted at the door in a friendly manner, but as soon as I told the guy I had bought my S20 on Amazon, he literally turned his back and walked away. Then when I tried to get a new sim card for my new 5G phone, he tried to charge me, despite it being Verizon policy that they are free. In short they are money grabbing a-holes who will treat you like garbage if you didn't buy their most recent phone from them.

Nathalie was so helpful and knowledgeable. My visit there was pain-free and a relatively quick transaction. My intentions were to simply upgrade my phone but with the guidance of Nathalie and her expertise, I walked out with 6 accessories, my phone (ordered) and a Samsung watch. Shout-out to the store lead as well for answering all questions that She had along the way. Great visit! Great people!
