Waited for about 6 minutes before we were even acknowledged. They were very busy. We were traveling and did not want to eat in the car. However, the dining room was closed. One burger was done but the second wasn't. So it took a while to realize I didn't make it so they had to start to make the impossible Burger. By then the french fries were cold.

I use to work here , and u definitely don’t want to eat here for sure . They have a SERIOUS rat problem and I left because I couldn’t handle it. I even caught one in the bread one time Smh

Waited so long for food, I could have parked, crawled inside, and made my food with one hand and probably still would have gotten my food faster than waiting in the drive thru.

About 20% of the time this place is closed on a normal midweek day for some reason, at like 4pm. I don't know why but their food is good here. I don't blame the employees, I want to believe it's upper management not running it right but who knows

Broiler down for small burgers...ended up spending $12 more - couldn't use coupons. Staff very coirteous- should have offered discount for inconvenience.

First of all I had to wait for a very long time in the drive-through. Which is not the problem I’m used to that because I know that they’re short staffed. But I ordered two impossible king burgers with no cheese. They put cheese on them. I don’t eat cheese.

I went through the Drive-thru tonight at 10:40pm on 8/29 And got the absolute best service tonight. The young asian lady at the window was so great she was all my girls talked about on the way home. We've been here in the past and the order was always done wrong the food was always cold. Tonight the food was hot and done right. Thank you too her and the other person there.

Definitely not fast food. I would say you could go in if you wanted to take your time, but the doors are locked there. They take forever to just get you though the drive thru and then leave you sitting the 96 degree heat waiting over 30 min.

I waited way too long for this burger and fries. I love Burger King but tonight really through me for a loop! The wait in drive thru was over 30 minutes and not very friendly, no salt on my fries, honestly they weren't even fries they were nubs. Burger was a mess too. Super disappointed this evening! I hope they can figure it out
