Everyone was very friendly, we were greeted immediately when we walked in. Orlando helped us out and set us up with our new devices. He was great, answered all of our question and was super helpfully. We’ll be sure to return here for all of our phone needs!

Watch out! I bought a watch that was supposedly "on sale" - open the new line and get a watch "for free" they told me. Ended up paying for the watch and the line because an "expert" applied a wrong, expired promotion. I understand that there can be a human error but now I have to pay 2 years for someone's mistake. The rep was promoted to a different store and I have been told that it is too late to do anything. Called customer care twice, they sent me back to the store. My last hope, meet with the manager next week and see if he can resolve the issue. I will update this post shortly.

We visited this store to upgrade my husband's phone due to his jump on demand expiring. We wanted to see our current device options. The associate that helped us started off rude, but then pulled out of it & ended our visit on a kind note.

I’ve been with T-Mobile for 4 years, and this is the store I had the worst experience. Was having trouble with the payments in my account and the workers were not willing to help at all. Never going back. I went to a different store and they helped me right away.

I visited this store early this morning and was treated horribly by several of the staff members including the manager. After spending over $150.00, I was told to leave without my refund. When I asked requested it the sales lady just walked away and left me sitting there and the manager told me to go to a different T-Mobile store for my refund. I will never go into this store again. It really was a horrible experience.

Got internet through them turned it off few months later then they took ,$25 unauthorized out of my bank. I called them several times got two different stories long story short had to call my banks fraud dept to get my money back. Never again

The space was clean with ample parking and well staffed. The customer service was fantastic and fast, I had planned to waste a couple hours of my day at a phone store but Alex had me in and out in less than an hour with everything I needed and well explained. - the Prestige

If you value your time and/or thorough customer care please avoid this location. Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live so I ended up here-there is a clear lack of knowledge and training from the staff at this location. They were completely unable to activate an iwatch for my son (Christmas Gift) with a stand alone line-started out by them registering the watch as an iPhone 12. Then they proceeded to put the wrong SIM card into the watch. Then they sent us home for the second time with a watch that didn’t work that I’m currently being billed for as if it did work. (No billing adjustments were offered). Update 1/5/2022-I went to their store today to try and get the iwatch connected to cellular so my son could use his new device. Store was closed on a Wednesday ALL day without a sign on the door or any change to their status online. I have also personally emailed the manager as per their request on google after posting my original experience with this location-And after 2 days have still not receive any correspondence from them via email…I spent an additional 3 hours on the phone with the DIGITS division of T-Mobile and they were FINALLY able to get this iwatch up and running properly as a stand alone line. This is shameful representation for what the T-Mobile name stands for this specific location. They should clean house or get trained to run a store properly. I’ll NEVER go back to this location and neither should anyone else who values time/money/customer service. 11 days after Christmas my son is finally able to use his device as it was sold and intended to be.
