I went in to have my spark plugs replaced and also a fuel treatment. I decided to add in an oil change. I dropped the car at 0830 and it was finished before their estimated time, even with the addition of the oil change. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. I'm definitely going back to have my O2 sensors replaced. Service: Engine repair

I went in to get my oil changed. I appreciate that they give you a recommendation of services you may need. I wasn't pressured at all to schedule. They did an awesome job. I purchased a coupon from Groupon for a full synthetic oil change for $45.00 that covered 5 qt. of oil and a filter. My caddy takes 6 quarts and a special filter. Autozone sells them for a retail (not wholesale like the price they pay) price of $20.00 for both. My $45.00 oil change cost me $100.00 with tax. The same price I would have paid at any auto shop. Sidenote, the weatherman said, Clear sky's all week so I got my car detailed before I took it in that morning. The next morning I noticed water marks on the window like the wipers had been used. They had topped off the fluid and tested the wipers and messed up the detail job that just cost me $65.00.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Will never be going here again and warning everyone I know to stay away. I made it clear I had 1 000$ max for an alternator replacement. Was given an estimate of 650 when I dropped it off. 2 days later my estimate is at 3200$!!! Half of which is labor for fixing interior door components and brakes. My transmissions it’s now completely done. Now to get my car back it's going to cost 1600$ and I've got no recourse to dispute the charges since I need my car for work. COMPLETELY PREDATORY PRICING. They've got you by the short hairs and use it to their advantage. Update!!! It was on my husband name and it it’s the correct place. Precision tune at Steilacoom. Tristan and Melissa are Scammers.

Precision Tune on Steilacoom Boulevard called me in for a new appointment after first receiving the wrong part for my car on the first visit. They were friendly, prompt to call me as soon as the part came in, willing to take care of me immediately, but especially did the work to find my part online when it was out of stock everywhere. I knew it was the right decision to return back to their service after moving out of the area and being serviced elsewhere. Thank you Precision Tune!

Bought oil change groupon have used before wanted to charge double.( groupon + $54.00) for oil change.Never have been charged this much.Tristian the manager has no customer service.Have used many times before and recommended many times as long as Tristian is manager will not return.Old female manager was amazing do not remember her name. Do not buy groupon for here definety bait and switch now - it was not before. Read other reviews I'm not the first about bait and switch.

Rip off. I had a Groupon and they charged me $50 for the extra 1.3 quarts of oil my car took over the Groupon’s 5 quarts. Absolutely insane. Will never use this place again. That’s taking advantage of customers. Service: Oil change

Terrible customer service , I called a week prior to schedule an appointment, then 5 minutes before my appointment as I’m about to arrive the “Manager” calls and says they have to cancel my appointment. I told her I was upset they made me waste my time driving there and she absolutely threw a fit over the phone . Lack of emotional control and sheer unprofessional outburst on the phone . I then asked for a supervisor number and she told me to figure it out then hung up on me . She then called me back asking if I was in the military so she could call my unit and “get me in trouble” her words . If you military stay clear of this place and go to Les Schwab for cheaper prices and better quality service. Services: Wheel alignment, Tire rotations

This place is total rip off! I received coupon from this place for an oil change for 40$. So i go there and guy says it needs “special” oil filter and quotes me for 110$. I said screw that and went to O’railes to get it done myself. Oil filter was not special and it was 8$ for my kind of car. They always try to rip people off and upcharge. They also tried to rip off my wife few months ago. If you want to get ripper off and upcharged go to this place, and if not, stay away from it!
