Watch out!
I bought a watch that was supposedly "on sale" - open the new line and get a watch "for free" they told me. Ended up paying for the watch and the line because an "expert" applied a wrong, expired promotion. I understand that there can be a human error but now I have to pay 2 years for someone's mistake. The rep was promoted to a different store and I have been told that it is too late to do anything. Called customer care twice, they sent me back to the store. My last hope, meet with the manager next week and see if he can resolve the issue. I will update this post shortly. ~Aleksandr
