I went to get money out for my wife today and the drive in teller kept her card and destroyed it within 15 minutes. I told the teller my wife would be calling right away. They were very rude to me even though I had all the required identification to prove who I was. This has put a hardship on my wife because she has to wait to get a new card and has multiple payments that are due in the next couple days. Missing the payments to the accounts because they put a hold on and destroyed the card. She has to update all these with a new card number so it will mess up her payment history. The lady’s at the Longview branch could have waited for her to contact them (she called them 20 minutes after this happened) before creating this hardship on a customer that has been with them for 10 years or longer. Needless to say we are not happy with this kind of service.

Made an account so Paypal would 'get off my back'. Neglected my account for several months, they started charging me $3 paper fee, and $6 fee. Those fees eventually overdrew my account by $0.31. My fault, should have been paying attention. What isn't my fault is that instead of sending me an e-mail, or letter, the day it happened, they waited 21 days to mail me a letter informing me they were charging me $5 a day overdraft fees. So $0.31 became $75.31 because they waited til they couldn't charge me anymore fees to tell me they were charging me fees. Then since I didn't look at my mail til after they were closed Friday, I had to deal with the drive-up window. They say hi then turn off the mic to carry on a conversation with each other, so you have to push the button again and repeat what you said. And the speakers outside are very loud, so you can hear them no problem, but they have a hard time hearing what your saying, so I guess the mics are bad. All in all a terrible experience I hope never to repeat. I closed my account and will never deal with, what I know consider to be crooks, again.
