Kelly is awesome at what she does. Shes a great instructor and really cares about our health. My husband started with her weekly classes that are included with our gym membership. I followed and I love going. Its fun.

We come for the classes and even though sometimes we moan and groan, we know this is the healthy thing to do. The classes are given by Kelly most of time and she watches us to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly. I am so glad we decided to start the classes as before we just came to do the machines and walk.. this is really better in the long run for us since the classes we take encompass a well rounded course of exercises.
