I felt as if we were racially profiled by the cashier.

What kinda 711 is closed at any given time? Especially one that says theyre open 24/7? I think your employee is just being lazy. It is currently a quarter till 1am (02-10-21) when I tried to buy something. That doesn't look closed to me...

HAS NOT WORN A MASK IN THE LAST YEAR! Is this not a legal mandate?! Absolute garbage. The night time attendant does not wear a mask. Does not attempt to help with anything. We live down the street and both my fiancé and I work nights, and when we stop by for small groceries, he sits on the countertops on his personal cellphone and does not offer anything but clerking what we grab.

One of the employees here was not wearing a mask and was combative when I asked him to please put his mask on. I work in healthcare and will no longer be shopping here.

I’m not even going to get into the customer service in this place. While there’s a world pandemic and every store in the Seattle metro enforces the mask wearing the people managing this place don’t give a flying f. People getting in and out without masks and why would them if the clerks don’t even wear them. Shame because I often come in here. I’ll take my business to the chevron just a yards across.

If I could give a zero I would. They have the worse customer service I have ever witnessed. They dont let you use the app or any promotion that is going on. Not 24 hours more like when they want to work. They will lock the doors and just sit behind the counter. Pay attention to how much they are charging you. They will over charge.

Don't order from these dudes on Doordash. They take forever and delay your order by at least 45 minutes. They also markup their prices due to their location, compared to other 7-Elevens in the area. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I just stopped by this location. I asked if they had the special offer for the Nat's brand cigarettes. He said yes but I have to "buy 2 and get $5 off each." Ok... he scans both and only gives me $5 off total. I said nevermind i only wanted the 1 pack. He takes off the other pack AND the $5 coupon... here's the problem. The only reason I asked about the coupon is because the last 3 stores offered it up, no problem, 1 guy even gave me the last 2 coupons to take with me. when I looked down at the coupon the cashier attempted to hide behind the screen, it said in bold print $5 OFF ANY PACK. Not that I needed to look. I can only muse about why he would pull such a d*ck move but he knew he was pulling a fast one because he verbally confirmed the deal, "get $5 off each". What a useless garbage person.

They had a sign that advertised buy 1 slurpee, get 1 free. So I did. Then it rung up regular price. I said the sign had sale, but the Indian register guy said the computer is right. I said to take the sign down because it was false advertising, but he did not want to because it was great false advertising and the computer is always right. Then I said again to take the sign down for falsely advertising. he refused. So I told him only to ring up one slurpee for my kid and to throw away the other one because then I did not want it due to the false advertising. He threw it into the garbage. Seriously, just keep your advertising promise.
