Our mail is often delivered to the wrong mail box and this week I got a notice saying a package was delivered Wednesday, but at another location at our address. Not sure what that means, but I can't find the package anywhere. I searched our cameras, mailbox, and everywhere around and there is not a package. After calling several times Thursday morning I got in touch with someone who said she was going to investigate. I called 12 times Friday with no answer so finally sent my daughter in. They hadn't looked into why my package was missing yet and told her they don't answer their phone. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me, but am going to probably have to file a claim now. I feel like our route driving is clueless and needs to be replaced. This happens too often and they just don't care.

All I can say is this is the worst Post office I have every dealt with. The people at the counter are nice and efficient. Whomever is delivering packages and mail, not so much. We have had mail and packages delivered to our neighbors and have received our neighbors mail and packages many times. In reading these reviews you would think the Post master general of this office would do something to improve!

Unfortunately this is the worst post office I've encountered and I've lived in multiple big cities. They've now lost 2 of my packages I was shipping out for work. After 2 visits of me inquiring and being told "someone will call you" (no one did) I went back in and happened to catch a day when the supervisor was in. They told me the packages were never picked up. So I showed him the video of the postman picking up the packages from my porch, and the confirmation of the pickup I had scheduled. Someone in the back said "The driver says he remembers scanning them from that address" and I was pretty much told tough luck. I did not get any compensation for these packages. In the last 3 business days we have scheduled package pickups and all 3 days no one came. The real kicker was yesterday when I got a confirmation that they picked them up. NO THEY DIDN'T; my husband dropped them off in person because no one came, again. Not open on Saturdays, not helpful in any way. They need a major overhaul and some retraining

Could be open Saturdays, sometimes mail gets delivered to wrong address, etc. Overall pretty good post office. Carrier went out of their way to deliver my package to me after hours on a Saturday. Nice guy.

Absolutely pathetic. CONSTANT misdeliveries. Every single time a prescription is delivered(which is frequent), it’s scanned incorrectly and thrown at my front door. No knock, NOTHING. By incorrectly, I mean it’s scanned as in/at mailbox, then left insecure at my door. At least it would be secure if that was correct. It appears to be an RCA or supervisor doing the prescription toss. I know because I am retired from USPS. I’ve never lived anywhere with such low mail delivery standards.

As a family of postal workers it saddens us how the customer service provided on our route is served. My daughter is a Supervisor. I am clerk. And my husband a carrier. Please take the time to train your CCA and RCA correctly. As mail is continually be mis delivered. Or inserted incorrectly which there is a correct way. Prescriptions are that are capable to fit in mail box are just thrown at the door. The attempt to even knock is not even happening. As we are home and witness this.

They never answer the phone, and the email on their website is out of service. I have a package that needs to be signed for, but they always try to deliver it when I am at work (and on vacation.) I was given the option to reschedule the delivery for a specific time online, which I did, but no one ever came that day. I know this because I was so scared it would be delivered when I wasn't home that I stayed home all day. This is outrageous. I don't think I have ever experienced worse customer support.

They Never answer the phone and the mail carrier drives way to fast down our private drive, even after told multiple times. Packages will mostly arrive on time but if my chocolate lab is out they won’t. Apparently mail carriers with the usps are discouraged from delivering a package if a dog is not locked up when they come no matter how little or how friendly the dog is.

The mail carrier is HORRIBLE from Ridgefield Post Office. Mail is never delivered to correct box & phone is never answered. When addressed with carrier in person at box, they did a expected...wouldn't help & placed blame everywhere else but where it should be..with the inept carrier. USPS should be shut down for incompetance.

By far the most inept post office I have ever dealt with. The postage required for items varies by employee. I mailed out dozens of the same invitations and about half came back for incorrect postage. After doubling postage, about half of those came back. It’s completely arbitrary as to which ones shall pass and which ones go back. If I send items with tracking, it never gets updated to show it was sent and will show “preparing shipment” status long after it has been delivered. You can never reach them by phone, the carriers leave items in front of our gate which get stolen and they have a “sucks to be you” attitude about it rather than just putting them inside the gate or foot gate, and we get other people’s mail all the time. We’re moving and looking forward to not ever having to be at the mercy of this post office ever again.
