Delicious cupcakes, coffee and ice cream. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Parking: We parked around the block and walked there. Street parking is your only real option if you're driving.

Flavors are hit-and-miss. Some are dry, others great. There is always a fun variety to choose from! Customer service is lacking. Last time I was there, there was a big 'old fly, making its way from cupcake to cupcake in the display case. We commented to one another about it with no response from the staff person. So, we told her directly that there was a fly on the cupcakes. She said, "Yeah, there's not much I can do about that." She didn't even try to shoo it away- Just let it continue its feast! Eew!!

Typical artesian style, heavy ingredient loading especially with sugar. The cup cakes were a little dry. Two very cute girl attendants here, one brown & one Euro type. Euro fairly friendly. Brown was decent. The guy manager, i assume, was a little abrasive and a blocker of sorts. Best time to go is 10:30 am to 12:00 pm or there about or you'll be looking at empty shelves. They should modify the interior, it does not flow. Having the pride flag is only for tax purposes, no need to broadcast. Calling a cupcake 'the gay' is a bit much. Cupcakes have no orientation.

Cupcakes ain’t all that for their terrible customer service. They don’t even great you or acknowledge when you come in.

Dry lemon cupcake. For $5 each you can do better than what tasted like days old. Other two were slightly better. Also policing masks as customers come through the door only to have them take them off to eat and drink is bonkers.

Cupcakes are a bit dry and salted caramel frosting is a bit intense. But the cream cheese frosting is dynamite!

Was excited to try the new Burien location. It was not good. I ordered a mocha breve with no whipped cream. It was awful. It was mostly foam and whipped cream and was barely warm. The chocolate has a weird taste. Not worth the 6.55 i paid for it. I wanted to try a cupcake but they all looked really dry and old. The prices are high for such a small cupcake. Been a professional cook and baker for 30 years and this place is good to people who dont know what good food is. Its all hype. 2 stars because the woman at the counter was nice.

Some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! What I really appreciate is the fact they change some flavors, but keep fan favorites. Their lavender cupcake is so unique. I’m glad it’s a permanent item on the menu. I always look forward to June when the Pride cupcake comes out as well. I love the sugar rainbow that comes on it. The only con is that they’re a little pricey. Otherwise, I’d be here all the time!!!!

The best cupcakes and friendly service! It’s best to shop early they sell out by early afternoon. It’s great to have this business in West Seattle.

Latte and cake pops were awesome! This was my first cupcake with them and the cake part was great but the peppermint icing was too much. Will go back and try a different flavor.
