Horrendous service. The usps guy who delivers to my building was extremely rude and legitimately cut me off and walked away saying he doesn’t have time to talk to me.

I think this place is understaffed, and one of the few people working here is really rude to customers. I watched someone ask a question about shipping something, and the worker responded in a rude manner, always having this attitude where he seems to be looking down on people.

They sell you insurance but then say they dont have to honor it because they just mark the package as delivered in their system. DONT BUY INSURANCE

I was just at the post office, and yes, they are short staffed (just like literally everyone). HOWEVER there was only one staff member, she had a massive line, and had to deal with 2 extremely rude customers back to back. I was so impressed with how well she handled them. Everywhere is busy, everywhere is short staffed. Be kind to customer service workers <3 everyone is just doing their best!!

The physical location is a run down dump. Broken dangerous stairs, broken doors, inside smells like mold. None of the equipment works. Always out of stock of priority and priority express mailing materials. Employees deny that information/products posted on website exist. When try to file for contact online regarding delivery issues they refuse to follow instructions such as send me an email because I can't hear over phone lines well and try calling, but then of course I can't hear them so they mark the issue closed instead of making any attempt at resolving in a way that can accommodate someone who cant use a phone.

How is this post office still in business? How do these workers continue to get paid just to be extremely unprofessional and rude to customers? The light-skin with short, curly hair lady should go to therapy, or anger management, or AA, or whatever class she needs to get her attitude and temper straight. Just because you work here doesn't mean you can yell at whoever come through the door and pay for you to work. Gtfoh. They work and take breaks whenever they want to, no system or set hours whatsoever. One day I came by, they were on lunch from 1pm - 2pm; the other time, from 2:15-3:15pm, today I came by, lunch hours were from 2:40-3:40pm. What kind of operation hours is this? There is no official sign, just a hand written piece of paper taped on the door. There were people inside still and that lady was behind the counter, the door was still open. People walked in and got yelled at "SIR/MA'AM, CLOSED, CLOSED!". The poor man said "but I just need to drop this package off", the other one said "I just need to get a box", she cut them off and continued screaming "CLOSED, CLOSED, COME BACK LATER!" and gestured for them to get out. Totally disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. I used the self-service kiosk, but couldn't even do what I wanted to do. It said I need a special label to send domestic package more than 18oz, but they don't put the labels out here. Either leave the labels out or get rid of this service in the kiosk, obviously it's there just to be fancy. Another customer came just to send a letter internationally, she too couldn't do that because it required a special label that the self-service kiosk doesn't have. RIDICULOUS! Also, the location is filthy, trash piled up, workers' uniforms look like they haven't been washed in a month, torn up boxes, envelops and tapes were on the floor. What a shame. Get rid of this place!

Worst Post Office Ever. They never deliver the package (we checked the security camera) but systems shown the package has been delivered. We went to the office 4 times. They just don’t care and the Manager is Not polite at all. She left during our conversation after I asked to check “ who is the mailman and if she check the GPS location of that day on that time?” Looks like she knows something but she does not care and just ask us to file a claim.. The package cost 500 and we are not even sure if we can get 50 dollars .. so called insurance money back… Again. We checked the security camera for two separated days. no any mailman from either USPS or 3rd Party to deliver the package…And We were waiting in the store for the package. The package is not stolen by stranger but the mailman from USPS or the 3rd Party! Manager of the USPS facility refused to let us know the name of the guy and walk away immediately when I ask.. @@

This Post Office is the worst! Laziest employees I have ever seen in my life, half of them don't even wear their uniform with pride so I can highly doubt that they're delivering your mail with any type of respect. I have been literally tracking my package myself and doing all the foot work in order for them to locate my package. They claimed they could not find my package Even though I tracked it to this location and it was "checked in and scanned here". After my package was located neither one of careless employees here called or emailed me to notify me about it being located. They then tried to deliver my package while I was home and said that there was a missed delivery. I go to look it up with the tag number and it says my package is uneligible for redelivery. I'm not understanding why isn't my package eligible for redelivery when I'm the 1 who did all the footwork in the 1st place to track my package down. No one knocked on my door they just placed a slip in my mailbox leading me to believe that they never bothered w/ the first attempt. Lazy ruthless good for nothings.

I came to retrieve a package because tracking notified me that my package was awaiting pick up at this location. An older white male employee was helping me and started to raise his voice at me (!!!) trying to say that the package was out for delivery today. I tried to explain that it was actually yesterday but he kept trying to fight me until he looked at the tracking history on his end and saw that the package was indeed in the building. He also was aggressive with a fellow coworker while asking him to look for my package. I read other reviews and saw that this is a repeating problem with the same employee. I understand that post office employees go through a lot but I hope something is being done about this as it is not okay to talk down to customers. 5 stars to the younger gentleman who found my package, but 1 star for the rudeness I experienced.

With regards to packages....50% of the time, items are lost, 30% of the time they're delivered elsewhere. 15% of the time they're "delvered" only to arrive 24-48 hrs later after I chase down whatever to figure out where my items are. And of course, 5% my packages are left in the rain in random locations on my property. The USPS sends a new carrier every day it seems and the level of care is equal to a toddler caring about the stock market. If I could block the post office FROM EVER delivering to my home again and never allow a single vendor to use the post office even when I pay for USP/FEDEX, I would. I'd gladly love to see the USPS out of business today.
