Best storage place I have been to. Super easy to load and unload with a trailer and easy entry off hwy through gated storage area. Best coffee, hot chocolate and cookies.Friendly staff and clean. Bryan and Jordan.

Iris and cheri are absolutely amazing. My dad and stepmother has had 2 storage units since the place opened. Both my parents have passed away and I was left with dealing with the units. Iris and cheri helped me figure out everything, made sure on my first trip up: help me learn where things were, explained all uhaul stuff they even figured out the uhaul I was going to rent was too small and got me into a bigger size, and put up with my millions of questions. Since we are not from area (we live in california ) and we were spending all day at unit unloadeding inspecting and sorting out piles, they would come out say hi see how we were doing, if everything was ok or we needed anything.. our last trip for storage is what we are doing this time and iris and cheri are amazing, once again. From trying to figure out what to do with and rv in unit to where to out uhaul pod... Whatever we need either they have it or they direct us to where we need to go... I will actually miss hearing from.these amazing ladies... oh did I mention the cookies... always fresh baked cookies so yummy!

Im a well seasoned veteran of storage facilities over my years. I would put Glacier at the top of the list. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean. I give them an excellent rating.

Nice clean facility with friendly staff. The units are all new and clean with no odor. Plenty of room to drive thru the facility. Our unit has a keypad and garage door opener. Very Nice!

A cross country move is a difficult endeavor especially with really bad weather and holiday interruptions causing a delay. The ladies at Glacier West we’re so kind and understanding! They even quickly changed my storage unit when it was determined that the semi truck couldn’t get to my assigned unit. This is my first time renting a storage unit and they have helped me with locks, passcodes, and logistics of all kinds.Thank you so much Iris and Sherry!
