I had to get on here and give Rachel some love. I was in there on 10/19 around 3:30 or so, and she was by herself calling for help numerous times with no response from anybody. Rachel, you did great, you managed to clear the line in a matter of minutes by yourself, and kept all the customers happy. I wish I could give her more stars because your awesome. Keep up the good work Rachel.

I was shopping at Kohls for my granddaughter's 4th birthday and got into a conversation with a mother of two little boys. She said that the last time she came in, quite a while back, that one of the employees touched her 6-year-old son inappropriately. She described her as a short, stocky blonde with a ponytail. In all my 72 years, I have never heard of such outrageous behavior. I hope for the children's sake that something was done about this.

Pretty over priced for the quality of goods. Although every rack of clothing had some type of mark down being offered, unfortunately the mark down still reflected a pretty hefty price. Couldn't find what we were looking for during this trip. Very minimal Misses clothing area, but there was a section for juniors, children's, plus, men's etc. Never encountered any staff, as they appeared busy.

The staff are very rude there. I went shopping for a specific product yesterday and asked the staff where it is. As well as the second staff, not friendly at all. No smiling, just frowning. When I politely asked them if they sell any bags here, they just replied "No" rudely and walked away. Do you call this service? I'd give it a zero

Never buy jewelry here!! Spent 400$ on a ring and when I came here to clean it they said they don’t clean jewelry nor replace diamond!! What a joke! The guy was soooo rude to me when I ask and talk about my ring I left in tears he was so rude to me. No compassion whatsoever!! Absolutely the rudest person I ever encountered at a retail store!! What is the reason to be so rude? Clearly not a very customer service type of person!

I had this job all through out high school. They couldn't keep store managers there and some of the department managers were horrible. The last department manager that I had was having an affair with one of the employees and whatever she said he believed. They were the reason why I left that place. Would never go back.

Friendly workers and usually fast lines. In store online pick up was quick and easy to use. Good prices on clothing and house wares.

Back to school shopping was a success. Lots of great deals and for the most part, we could find everything that we were looking for. I wasn't used to paying for bags, but it wasn't a big deal. The store was clean. Overall we really liked shopping at this Kohls.

I am just trying to reach them by phone to see if they carry strapless bras with pockets. I only was able to listen to a computer transfer me around the store. I still don’t know if they carry strapless bras with pockets for mastectomies patients. I bought a dress I’ll have to return (and really don’t want to) if I cannot find these bras anywhere in Spokane. It’s not looking good
