I love this post office. Everyone's always been so helpful and the line is usually very short. I used to live in Kirkland and the service and wait time at both Kirkland and Woodinville were horrible any time of year, but at Christmas in was mind numbing. Let's give these Sultan postal workers our support and thanks.

Post office Saturday delivery person steals (or incompetently delivers) yet another package. No surprise to anyone. 1 year edit: Still deserves the 1-star. Too lazy to walk up to deliver signature packages. Just put notices in the mailbox without even attempting delivery.

I don't like that they claim your package was delivered when it wasn't, and they deliver it 1-2 days later instead. Not fair for prime paying members. although, I do like our mail delivery lady

They can’t even get mail a few blocks down the road delivered properly makes me feel like I can’t order Christmas presents the drivers are lazy and give up easily

I have reported this office 3 times now for inappropriate use of “can not deliver your package” option. I was home all day yesterday and yet some how you guys reported to Amazon that you unable to make delivery due to my drive way? Two car is a long driveway too hard for you guys?? Cause you use it all the time to turn around in! Also delivering to the wrong address still in sultan, so I know it’s you guys just being lazy.

Giving this place 2 stars only because the front desk lady was actually helpful the one time I managed to visit. Otherwise they'd rate a solid 1 star for NEVER BEING OPEN. Seriously, how do you run a business that only opens after most people get to work and closes before they're home? How is anyone with a normal schedule supposed to use your services? If you're not going to work full time, AT LEAST stagger your hours day to day so we normal folk have options!

Positive experience every time I go in. Always polite & helpful staff to me and other customers but I have seen a few customers with bad attitude's receive appropriate if not maybe somewhat blunt responce. "Only in Sultan", right?. I get every package I'm expecting in my PO Box, parcel locker or window, no problem.

The woman at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was even there!?! No greeting, no smile, no gratitude. What the heck? Typical Government organization with bureaucrats that believe we, the people, that pay their salaries, should be grateful they are there.

I have an internet retail business and use the post office daily to ship orders. I have had only excellent service from the staff at the Sultan Post Office. Always prompt, helpful, and welcoming women who work here. They are always friendly and say "hi", help me out with the packages when needed, and have even called me when large orders have arrived to let me know they are there.
