What a great place! We were broken down on a Sunday. We arrived right at closing time looking for a tool which, due to a recent sale, was sold out. The owner offered to lend us one from his home shop, but once we got there he realized he had already lent it out to someone else. So he let us use his grinder to modify a tool we already had. About an hour later we were on our way. This goes beyond small-town hospitality. Its outstanding customer service!.

While driving a couple hrs. from home, I pulled into Napa at Twist Wa. and asked the guy behind the counter if he could check my battery because I'd just had it jump-started. I didnt get this guy's name, but wanted to report; not only did he CK the power of the battery, but he cleaned all the gunk from the terminal and then put some goo on the posts as extra protection. Great customer service! Thank you. Thank you.
