One of the greatest experiences I have had when doing a purchase. Brandon is amazing. Great knowledge and helped me a lot. I have ridden cycles in the past but never had my own. This is my first Harley and I need equipment for my safety class. He not only sold me the equipment but would instruct as well. Again, a great experience.

Staff was very informative and helpful. When I bought my sena they installed it on the spot, and then when I bought a better helmet a few days later they moved it over to the new helmet right away and even let me leave my old helmet there so I wouldn't have to carry it on the bike. Big shoutout to Alyssa and Brandon for being great people, will definitely come back for more gear soon!

I visited Saturday 7/16 to look for a new helmet because my current Bell developed a huge squeal. There was one woman working and she was taking care of everyone in the store like an absolute rock star, I'm sad I didn't catch her name. She helped me find a helmet, offered suggestions, answered questions, and was extremely helpful. The store has a great selection, I walked in looking for just the one thing and happily left with 4. I will definitely be back.

Always enjoy going to Cycle Gear. They know better than me what I'm looking for and they usually have it in stock. Staff seem to know the products they handle very well and Always have answers for all my questions. The phone holder I purchased was a little pricey but it appeared to be a quality product.

Super knowledgeable about their helmets. Never had a motorcycle helmet and was fitted for one. I feel safe knowing that the assistant manager was able to make sure my helmet was the correct size for me and was light and comfortable.

I gotta say that my recent and first experience with Cycle Gear was awesome. I needed a new helmet and Bluetooth setup and I was fortunate to have Brandon help me. I was fit and setup and felt confident that this would meet my needs. The helmet fits great and the Bluetooth setup exceeded expectation. Thanks to Brandon and Cycle Gear I just had a great ride!

Had two great experiences there this past week. The second time though was hands down the best customer service I have had anywhere. My battery died not too far from this location, Ashley, AJ, and, Amanda went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Hadn’t been to this location yet but went in already knowing what helmets I was interested in but had a few questions about them. The woman at the register helped verify the fits of each helmet and was really friendly. Also she got me all rung up and on my way really quickly! Although this time I already knew what I was looking for, the stock seemed really good and I know they can pull stock from other stores if you need it which is awesome. I’ll definitely be back to this location next time I need something!

I went there looking for a new helmet and a few random things. Ended up leaving with new riding shoes. The girl with the red and black hair was super nice and helpful with my purchase and giving me information about sales and helmets. Will always go back because of the quality of service they have.
