Excellent establishment. So glad to have a certified BMW sales/service crew in the Milwaukee area again. They provided great service for my 2015 BMW F800 GSA. Super clean and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Very good service all around. Shout out to Jake for being so knowledgeable about other brands of bikes, as I bought a used Japanese Dual Sport from their Ducati dealership. Also answered the phone exactly at 9am at opening hour...the service at several other businesses in that area same day was horrible, this staff was on top of everything.

I just bought a 2022 monster plus from then. Awesome bike and even better staff. I dealt with Jake through the process of trading my old bike in and buying the new one. He's an awesome guy, knowledgeable and was willing to answer some of my questions on his own time.

Jake Mooney the Sales Professional I worked with was very understanding, accommodating, couldn’t be any more satisfied with my purchase or experience with Moto Union. My experience with Jake, Steward, and the whole team was excellent. The new bike I wanted to buy had not yet been uncrated and assembled. Jake and the team stayed late and made sure I was able to ride it home the same day. Everyone went above and beyond. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. I will be returning for all of my services and motorcycles needs in the future!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sales team never gets pushy and is really there to aid your search for a bike/parts/gear. They want to make sure what you are paying for is exactly what you want. Went in not knowing a bike I've been looking at was back in stock and rode the bike home later that day. I’ve dealt with many dealers throughout my life and I have to say that Moto Union is outstanding. The establishment is beautiful full of motorcycles and accesories. I have not bought a bike from here yet, but they do take care of my BMW GSA like they sold it to me. The service department is clean and upfront. Derek has been communicating well with me throughout my bikes visit. I’ll keep coming back here. They offer motorcycle pick up, delivery, service and storage. I had the chance to use all these services and I’ll have my motorcycle delivered at my house for 2022 riding season.
