They were busy, only two checkers at the time. There were six of us waiting in line, so other checkers were called. A young man walked by me as if he was walking to the electric chair..head down.. shuffling slowly...I was surprised to see he walked behind the register and said he was now open.. we went to his line and loaded up the counter. He slowly started to scan the items with no urgency...he had a little trouble distinguishing between a cantaloupe and honey dew melon, but other than that he was just below average at checking out a customer and making them feel like we weren't wasting his time and life. No welcome or goodbye really reassured me of my skills at at counter at a grocery store for 25+ years and officially let me know that customer service is just an afterthought and a thing of the past. Keep up the bad work guys...thanks for reminding me that woodman's is the standard and you are no where near it.

The groceries can be quite pricey here. However, the produce is amazing. I also come here for flowers from time to time. They have a gorgeous selection of flowers that are reasonably priced. Some fresh produce and some fresh flowers makes my day a good one.

Many store brand items are really good if not better than the national brand. Always clean and bright and the people are very nice. Easy check out great bakery great deli and a good location. 🙂

Very clean store. Friendly staff. Well stocked when I visited. Would recommend this store. The Deli and Bakery are exceptional!! Usually has everything I need or atleast the same under a different brand. Easy to use self checkout. All around a great store to visit.

***Customer service here is horrid**, only a few of the younger employees are nice and helpful. Otherwise the other employees make it uncomfortable to ask for help or look into an error on their part. **Over priced**, you'd think you'd get great service for the prices they charge. They close the registers an hour or two early. Then you are forced to self check out. Checkout it self is a nightmare. Don't you dare bother Dianne because she will give you attitude for asking for help. She whispers under her breath and everytime I see her my anxiety creeps up. It's becoming a hassle instead. It shouldn't be this way.

I don't shop here often as even with ad savings the prices are steep. Really disappointed during my shopping visit today. So many expired items, many with a "sell by date" end of February/ March 1st still were fully stocked in the cold case shelves.

Wouldn’t recommend for the bakery items. Purchased a chocolate cake here this evening. Unfortunately the cake itself was extremely dry and the frosting was so thick it had the consistency of drywall spackle. Not even very chocolate flavored. Was a real bummer.
