SCAMMER! I ordered a $900 graphics card, and the tracking I received said its destination was a completely different state than my shipping address, and was shipping from IL (not WI, where this business is located). I asked for clarification, and they immediately refunded the $900 order. No explanation. No "please wait a few days." No attempts to redirect the package. But they did ask me to leave a positive review, and mention their Customer Service associate's name, which is why so many other reviews do just that. It's clear they never actually had the item to sell in the first place, and they might even be committing insurance fraud on the bogus packages they send out.

STAY AWAY! Scammers! I purchased a power supply on Amazon through VPC. However I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order. I’ve sent numerous emails to cancel the order within minutes of purchasing it. They simply said they do drop ship and couldn’t cancel within the 3 days they had to do so. They shipped it anyway. I received the package at the door with the UPS delivery guy and I handed him my return label at the same moment. I’ve never opened up the package. They received the return today and decided to refund me $276!!! The total purchase was $346 which included tax and shipping. Terrible customer service and operations management. This is sad for a company with at least 4 stars. Buyers beware and please save yourselves some trouble.

Very fast delivery. My only complaint is that I ordered dark gray and received blue. It's not a big problem but I would've preferred the color I ordered. The ordering process was easy and I received the blanket within three days so I don't want to complain too much!

My order was to arrive in 2 boxes - but only 1 arrived. I called customer service, and Reyna Serna assisted me in resolving this issue. She was friendly and resolved the problem quickly. If it were not for the box that didn't arrive, I would have given the company 5 stars. I do recommend this seller.

I placed an order through Amazon and was expecting to receive a carton with six bags of eight SOS scrubbers. The shipping was expedient but when I opened the carton there was only one bag of scrubbers. I sent an email and was not expecting a response until Monday. To my surprise Nichole responded to my email, credited my account for the whole amount and said to keep the one bag for my troubles. Thanks Nichole. You rock!
