You know...Hanson electronics has recently been recognized in the Oregon Observer as being a great, award winning business...and they have had our business for as long as I've had a smartphone...so we love them for that. And we've had some stellar service in the past from some of the employees. The one star docked is something I feel I just have to do because while most of the time we've received top notch service... we've been here enough, and spent enough money as a family through the years to get irritated when we get the occasional curt employee who cuts us short. Eh...we got over it...and four stars is still pretty darned good. *Maybe we'll bump it up to five stars if the service next time is friendlier when we ask an easy question such as whether or not they carry any Google 6 Pro cases (as we did yesterday 6/29/22). We can handle the answer "no,"...we'd just appreciate a tiny bit more courtesy and friendliness after waiting for a while behind a customer who clearly knew the only employee in the store. We could tell the worker was capable of being kind and took the time with some of her customers as we observed it in her demeanor with her friend. But my wife and I just didn't receive the same kind treatment the man before us did. I'm trying to say in a polite way that she was short with us and rude. Most experiences here with service have been slow, but good...well worth the wait. This time we just left and bought the case for less than $20 on Amazon.

I recently bought new phones from Hanson Electronics in Oregon Wi, and had Kaden as the salesman. He was incredible! Very helpful, polite, and went out of his way to answer questions and help program the new phones. He even texted me after hours with info I had requested that he had to gather and get for me later. Most impressed!

If you’re looking to upgrade your US Cell device GO HERE! We cross shopped the location where we have previously upgraded. The difference was night and day. We were blown away by our experience at the Oregon US Cell location. They have earned our business going forward. Gabriel was outstanding. I ask some tough questions when entering or modifying contracts. He answered all of them with a level of transparency I have rarely seen. It was refreshing. Transparent, knowledgeable, and professional! To the owner/operator at Hanson Electronics...this guy is an incredible asset to your business! We felt like the upgrade was treated as a customer service opportunity, not a sales opportunity. We will be back.

Went to Hansons in Oregon after a bad experience in Madison. Evan was very knowledgeable and patient while we worked through the problems. Ultimately had to send my phone in as it was very much so broken. UPDATE: Got my phone back from Samsung and the short story is that after a few days it was doing the same thing as before. Went in and Evan and Gabe were working. Evan again was incredibly patient and attentive. He was able to get me into a new phone even though my "old" phone was only 9 months old. Another great experience at this store. I don't usually write reviews, but between my experiences recently with Evan, and my past experiences with Gabe, I won't go anywhere else ever again. They are a great example of what customer service should be.
